The Role of Researching, Creativity, Professional Ethics, Professional Development and Use of Technology in the Effective Teaching of Teachers

زمينه: تدريس اثربخش، مجموعه رفتارهاي معلم است كه باعث دستيابي به اهداف آموزشي و يادگيري بهتر فراگير مي­ شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نقش پژوهش­گري، خلاقيت، اخلاق حرفه ­اي، توسعه حرفه­ اي و استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در تدريس مؤثر معلمان انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش توصيفي-همبستگي بود و داده­ ها به روش پيمايشي جمع آوري شدند. تمامي معلمان استان قزوين در سال تحصيلي 97-1396 جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر را تشكيل دادند. نمونه مورد نظر شامل 618 شركت كننده بودند كه به روش نمونه گيري خوشه­ اي انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري داده ­ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته صلاحيت ­هاي حرفه­ اي معلمان كه داراي 41 گويه، است، استفاده شد. داده ­ها با استفاد از روش لاوشه براي بررسي روايي، آلفاي كرونباخ براي بررسي پايايي و روش تحليل مسير براي برازش الگوي پژوهش، با كمك نرم افزارهاي 25- SPSS وLISREL بررسي شدند. يافته­ ها: شاخص نسبت روايي محتوايي به روش لاوشه 0/56 و آلفاي كرونباخ براي كل مقياس 0/97 بدست آمد كه حاكي از روايي و پايايي مناسب مقياس بود. نتايج تحليل مسير نشان داد كه اثرات مستقيم اخلاق حرفه ­اي، خلاقيت، پژوهش­گري و استفاده از فناوري بر تدريس مؤثر معنادار است، اما اثر مستقيم توسعه حرفه ­اي بر تدريس مؤثر، معنادار نيست. اثرات غير مستقيم و كل اخلاق حرفه­ اي، خلاقيت، پژوهش­گري و استفاده از فناوري بر تدريس مؤثر معنادار است. نتيجه گيري: نتايج پژوهش حاضر حاكي از اهميت نقش پژوهش­گري، خلاقيت، اخلاق حرفه ­اي، استفاده از فناوري در تديس مؤثر معلمان است. بر اين اساس اجراي برنامه­ هاي توانمند سازي معلمان در متغيرهاي مذكور علي الخصوص خلاقيت و اخلاق حرفه­ اي مي­ تواند راهگشاي كيفيت فعاليت هاي معلمان باشد.

Background: Effective teaching is a set of teacher behaviors that achieves learning goals and learns more comprehensively. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of research, creativity, professional ethics, professional development and the use of information and communication technology in the effective teaching of teachers. Method: The research method was descriptive-correlational and data were collected by survey method. All the teachers of Qazvin province in the academic year of 2017-2018 were the statistical population of the present study. The sample consisted of 618 participants who were selected by cluster sampling method. To collect the data, a researcher-made scale of professional competencies of teachers with 41 items was used. The data were analyzed by SPSS-25 and LISREL software using Lawshe method for validity and Cronbach's alpha for reliability and path analysis method for fitting the research model. Results: The content validity ratio (CVR), was 0.56 and Cronbach's coefficient alpha was 0.97, which showed an appropriate scale and reliability. The results of path analysis showed that the direct effects of professional ethics, creativity, research, and the use of technology on effective teaching is significant, but the direct effect of professional development on effective teaching is not significant. Indirect effects and the whole ethics of professionalism, creativity, research, and the use of technology on effective teaching is significant. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate the importance of research, creativity, professional and professional ethics, and the use of technology in the effective teaching of teachers. Accordingly, the implementation of teacher empowerment programs in these variables-especially creativity and professional ethics-can be a driver for quality in teaching teachers.
