زمينه و هدف: هر گونه اقدام عمدي مؤثر و غيرمجازي كه موجب ايجاد نابساناني، توقف يا تأخير در اجراي مأموريت سازمان يا بخش قابل توجهي از آن شود، ايجاد اختلال در مأموريت ناميده مي‌شود. وقوع اين معضل همواره در سازمان‌هاي مختلف محتمل بوده و در سازمان پليس نيز مصداق دارد. لذا اين پژوهش با هدف شناخت شيوه‌هاي پيشگيري وضعي از ايجاد اختلال در اجراي مأموريت‌هاي كلانتري‌ها و ارائه شيوه‌هاي پيشگيرانه انجام و به سوال اصلي تحقيق (راهكارهاي پيشگيري وضعي از ايجاد اختلال در اجراي مأموريت كلانتري‌ها) و سوال‌هاي فرعي پاسخ داده شد. روش: تحقيق حاضر از نوعِ هدف كاربردي و از حيث روش، توصيفي- پيمايشي است. جامعه‌ي تحقيق را كاركنان كلانتري‌هاي سركلانتري چهارم فاتب تشكيل مي‌دهد كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران حجم نمونه به تعداد 217 نفر محاسبه و به شكل تصادفي پرسشنامه توزيع و پايايي(آلفاي كرونباخ) پرسشنامه‌ 23 سوالي، 88/. محاسبه گرديد. در اين پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي فريدمن و خي‌دو، راهكارهاي پيشگيري از ايجاد اختلال در اجراي مأموريت مورد سنجش و ارزيابي قرار گرفتند. يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري: تحليلِ داده‌‌هاي جمع‌آوري شده مويد آن است كه بكارگيري هر يك از تكنيك‌هاي پيشگيري وضعي در پيشگيري از ايجاد اختلال در مأموريت كلانتري‌ها مؤثر بوده و هر يك از اين تكنيك‌ها با اطمينان 95/. مورد تأييد قر‌ارگرفتند. نتايج حاصله از تحقيق حاكي است نظارت دائمي رؤساي كلانتري‌ها بر نحوه اجراي مأموريت‌‌، بيشترين تأثير را در پيشگيري از ايجاد اختلال در مأموريت داشته و اسكن اوراق پرونده‌هاي تشكيل شده در سيستم‌ و تغيير فضاي اتاق‌هاي بسته‌ كلانتري‌ها به اتاق‌هاي باز نيز از اولويت‌هاي بعدي نتايج حاصله قرار دارند

Therefore, this research aimed to recognize the implementation of the implementation of the situation in the implementation of the overall musical missions and the presents of the preventive solutions and the main question of the research and the questionnaires were answered an answer.
.Methodology existence research is an applied research viewpoint of thetype of objective and is descriptive-survey as far as methodology is concerned.The research population consists of all staffs of FATEB Constabularies in 2013 which was calculated using the Cochran formula of sample volume with 217 people and the reliability of the 23-item questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach's alpha of 0.883. Using Friedman and chi-square tests, the methods of prevention from disruption in performing missions were evaluated in this research.
Findings and Conclusions: The results of the collected data showed that employing every techniques of situational prevention from disruption in the constabularies’ missions has been effective and employing each of the situational prevention techniques were confirmed with a .95% reliability. Results of the research showed: Constant monitoring of chief constables over method of performing the constabulary missions has had the most impacts on prevention from disruption in missions and the scan of the papers of files in the system and change of closed rooms spaces of constabularies into open rooms have been the following priorities and the item “ presenting training to the staff who have not undergone sufficient training to perform duties “ has had the least effect in prevention from disruption
