An analysis of CNS-ATM and its implications for the spatial and geographic location of the Islamic Republic of Iran

در جنگ هاي امروزي با ورود تكنولوژي هاي نوين در تسليحات و تنوع تاكتيك هاي بكارگيري شده در آنها و همچنين بكارگيري و اجراي سناريوهاي عملياتي پيچيده و در عين حال گسترده نياز است دكترين جامع و كاملي در مقابله با اين تهديدات وجود داشته باشدبنابراين امنيت ملي و دفاع هوايي كشور بعنوان يكي از بخش هاي مهم در برنامه ريزي جهت دست يابي به سامانه مديريت ترافيك هوايي مي باشد تحقيق حاضر كه از نوع كاربردي – پيمايشي مي باشدو جامعه آماري تحقيق فرماندهان و مديران سطوح مختلف بوده كه با مباحث CNS-ATMآشنا بوده كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري غير احتمالي سهميه اي تعداد 139 نفر از طبقات مختلف سطوح مديريتي سازمان نظامي به عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب شدند.و داده هاي لازم با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با ضريب پايايي 0/875 جمع آوري گرديده و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمونهاي آماري كولموگروف-اسميرنوف و تحليل واريانس يك طرفه تحليل شدند كه نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه طرح CNS-ATM در سازمان نظامي مورد مطالعه از ديدگاه فرماندهان و مديران سطوح مختلف نسبتاً مناسب بوده در صورت تجهيز نيروهاي مسلح طرح CNS-ATM تاثير منفي در امنيت هوايي جمهوري اسلامي ايران ندارد همچنين نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه در عاملهاي بين ديدگاه فرماندهان و مديران عملياتي با فرماندهان و مديران ارشد و فرماندهان و مديران مياني تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد.

In today's wars, with the advent of modern technology in weapons and the diversity of tactics used in them, as well as the implementation and implementation of complex but widespread operational scenarios, we need a thorough and comprehensive doctrine to deal with these threats. National Security and Air Defense is one of the most important sectors in planning for the Air Traffic Management System. In the present study, using descriptive-analytical method using library documents, field observations and surveys to collect data, the statistical population of the study was commanders and managers of different levels who were familiar with CNS-ATM discussions, using the sample method Non-probabilistic quotas of 139 different levels of military management levels were selected as sample population The data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire with a reliability of 0.875. Data were analyzed by SPSS software using Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical tests and one-way analysis of variance. According to the results, the research was applied in a practical way. The results of the research show that the CNS-ATM project in the military organization studied is relatively suitable from the viewpoint of commanders and managers of different levels. If equipped with armed forces, CNS-ATM design has no negative effect on the air safety of the Islamic Republic of Iran. If CNS-ATM is equipped with armed forces, it does not have a negative impact on the airspace of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Also, the results showed that there was a significant difference between the viewpoints of commanders and operational managers with commanders and senior managers and commanders and middle managers.
