اين مقاله به سياست هاي تركيه در حوزه اوراسيا در طول دوره زماني پس از جنگ سرد متمركز است. پرسش اصلي اين مقاله به دستاوردها و نتايج سياست تركيه در اين حوزه و چگونگي تحقق آن مربوط است و اين ايده را بسط مي دهد كه دولت تركيه در سه سطح ملي، منطقه اي و بين المللي از شرائط مساعدي برخوردار بوده و از اين رو، كوشيده است تا از اين مولفه ها و موقعيت ها بهره لازم را ببرد. آنكارا در سطح داخلي با وجود دو نگرش متفاوت سكولار قومي و مذهبي در سياست خارجي، اما نقطه مشترك هر دو آنها منافع ملي و اولويت بخشي به اقتصاد و تقويت بخش خصوصي بوده و لذا در تعامل با كشورهاي منطقه نيز با دست برتري برخورد كرده اند. در سطح منطقه اي با وجود اختلاف با ارمنستان و كدورتهايي كه با ازبكستان پيش آمده اما در مجموع نگاه دولتمردان كشورها اين حوزه به آنكارا بسيار مساعد بوده است. در سطح بين المللي نيز شرائط چندان به زيان دولت تركيه و اقداماتش در آسياي مركزي و قفقاز نبوده است و از اين رو، با ظرفيت بيشتري نسبت به ايران در اين عرصه حضور يافته است.براي بررسي اين ايده كوشش خواهد شد تا با بحث در باره مباني نظري و منافع و اهداف آن در منطقه، فرصت‌ها و مشكلات آن را مطرح نموده و در پايان نيز دستاوردهاي آن را در اين قلمرو منطقه اي تحليل نماييم.

The main question of this article is related to the achievements and results of Turkey's policy in this field and how to achieve it, and expands the idea that the Turkish government has enjoyed favorable conditions at three national, regional and international levels and therefore has tried. At the international level, the situation has not been to the detriment of the Turkish government and its actions in Central Asia and the Caucasus, and therefore, it has a greater capacity than Iran in this area. Let's discuss its theoretical foundations, interests and goals in the region, its opportunities and problems, and finally analyze its achievements in this regional domain.
