بحران‌هاي اقتصادي، تحريم‌ها و عوامل محيطي در سال‌هاي اخير باعث شده زنجيره‌هاي تأمين بهره‌ور و مديريت مناسب آن يك عامل مهم جهت حضور موفق در بازارهاي رقابتي مطرح شود. رسيدن به چنين مطلوبيتي مستلزم ايجاد شايستگي‌هاي لازم در زنجيره تأمين صنعت مذكور بوده و توجه به فرصت­ها و تهديدهاي موجود در عرصه صنعت و تجارت ، ارزيابي توانايي صنايع در مواجهه با نا اطميناني‌ها، عدم قطعيت‌ها و ريسك‌هاي موجود ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد. صنعت خودروسازي يكي از مهم‌ترين صنايع كشور و درواقع محرك اقتصادي بسياري از صنايع ديگر بوده و از طرفي زنجيره تأمين هر خودروساز، تضمين‌كننده تداوم توليد بوده و هر نقصان، ريسك و اختلال در آن مي‌تواند عملكرد شركت را تحت تأثير قرار دهد ازاين‌رو شناسايي ريسك‌هاي مهم زنجيره تأمين و رتبه‌بندي آن‌ها، اين فرصت را براي مديران ارشد سازمان فراهم مي‌آورد تا ضمن ايجاد آمادگي لازم، پاسخ بهينه و به‌موقع براي هر ريسك با در نظر گرفتن منافع و مصلحت‌هاي سازمان در نظر بگيرند. در اين راستا و با توجه به نقش كليدي زنجيره تأمين در تحقق اهداف شركت ايران‌خودرو خراسان، هدف پژوهش حاضر "شناسايي و بررسي تأثير مؤلفه‌هاي ريسك زنجيره تأمين بر عملكرد مالي شركت ايران‌خودرو خراسان" بوده و به همين منظور، پژوهشگر با ارائه يك مدل مفهومي، ضمن شناسايي ريسك­هاي مهم زنجيره تأمين، اهميت نسبي و رتبه هر ريسك از منظر تأثير بر عملكرد مالي را با استفاده از تلفيق تكنيك FMEA با تكنيك‌هاي AHP،VIKOR و TOPSIS و بهره‌گيري از نرم‌افزارهاي SPSS و EXCEL مشخص نموده است. نتايج پژوهش حاضر، مديران ارشد شركت را قادر مي‌سازد تا، قابليت‌هاي بهتري در تشخيص و مقابله با ريسك‌ها و بخصوص ريسك‌هاي غيرمنتظره را در خود ايجاد نموده و با مقابله اثربخش و واكنش بهنگام، اثرات منفي و مخرب ريسك‌ها را حذف يا به حداقل مقدار ممكن برسانند. بر اساس نتايج اين پژوهش، ريسك‌هاي : برنامه‌ريزي مواد نامناسب، بروز نبودن موجودي، اعتصابات رانندگان، ارسال با تأخير مواد اوليه و قطعات از تأمين‌كننده و مشكلات مالي به‌عنوان مهم‌ترين و تأثيرگذارترين ريسك‌هاي زنجيره تأمين ايران‌خودرو خراسان بر عملكرد مالي شركت مي‌باشند.

Economic crises, sanctions and environmental factors in recent years have led to effective supply chains and proper management play the rule as an important factor for successful participation in competitive markets. Achieving to this desirability, requires having competencies in the supply chain in that industry, and considering the opportunities and threats in the industry and business, assessment of the industry’s ability to face with uncertainties and existing risks is necessary. The automobile industry is one of the most important industries in the country and indeed the economic driver of many other industries. On the one hand, the supply chain of every automaker guarantees the continuity of production and any defect, risk and disruption can affect the performance of the company. Identifying the key risks in the supply chain and ranking them, therefore, provides an opportunity for senior executives in the organization to provide the necessary preparedness, optimal and timely response to each risk, taking into account the interests and interests of the organization. In this regard and with regard to the key role of supply chain in achieving the goals of Iran Khodro Khorasan Company, the purpose of the present study was to identify and evaluate the impact of supply chain risk components on the financial performance of Iran Khodro Khorasan Company. The conceptual model, while identifying important supply chain risks, identifies the relative importance and rank of each risk in terms of impact on financial performance by integrating FMEA with AHP, VIKOR and TOPSIS techniques and using SPSS and EXCEL software. The results of the present study enable senior executives of the company to develop better capabilities in identifying and confronting risks, especially unexpected risks, and by eliminating the effective and timely response, eliminating the negative and destructive effects of risks. o‎r at the least possible. According to the results of this study, the risks of: inappropriate material planning, inventory failure, drivers' strikes, delayed delivery of raw materials and parts from suppliers and financial problems are the most important and the most influential risks on the financial performance of Iran Khodro Khorasan Supply Chain.
