Feasibility of media responsibility for juvenile suicide

تحولات دنياي ديجيتال و ظهور عصر الكترونيك، جوامع انساني را با فضايي جديد مواجه كرد كه مورد استقبال انسان‌ها قرار گرفت، بي‌آنكه با لحاظ نمودن چالش‌ها و تهديدهاي آن، از خدماتش بهره جويند. حضور رسانه‌ها در دنياي نوجوانان كه تا چندي پيش، موجب نگراني در بروز لطمات جسماني مانند چاقي يا كندذهني بود، با توسعه رسانه‌هاي جديد به سمت اشاعه خشونت يا نارسائي‌هاي روحي و رواني سوق يافت. در اين راستا نوشتار حاضر با روش توصيفي- تحليلي، به بررسي تأثير رسانه‌ها در شكل‌گيري خشونت و رفتارهاي آسيب زننده نوجوانان نسبت به خود و نگرش حقوق كيفري در مسئوليت طراحان و اصحاب اين رسانه‌ها از طريق تجزيه و تحليل قوانين موجود و قواعد حقوق كيفري پرداخته است نتيجه حاكي از آن مي‌باشد كه طراحان و اصحاب اين رسانه‌ها در صورت تأثيرگذاري بر رفتارهاي آسيب زننده نوجوانان نسبت به خود و خودكشي، مسئوليت كيفري داشته و قابل مجازات هستند.

Developments in the digital world and the advent of the electronic age have brought human societies into a new environment that has been welcomed by human beings, without taking advantage of its services in view of its challenges and threats. The presence of the media in the teenage world, which until recently caused concern about bodily harm such as obesity, led to the violence or mental disorders. In this regard, the present paper, using a descriptive-analytical method, examines the impact of media on the formation of violence and harmful behaviors of adolescents towards themselves and the criminal law attitude in the responsibility of designers and companions of these media through analysis of existing laws. an‎d has discussed the rules of criminal law.The result is that the designers and companions of these media have criminal responsibility and are punishable if they influence adolescent harmful behaviors and suicide.
