تحليلي بر علل تعارضات زناشويي در دو دهه اخير (يك مرور نظامند)

Analysis of the causes of marital conflict in the last two decades (a systematic review)

زمينه: تعارض رايج‌ترين مشكل در روابط زوجين است كه كيفيت زندگي زناشويي را به صورت منفي تحت تأثير قرار مي­ دهد و سبب بروز پيامدهاي منفي جسماني، رواني، اجتماعي و معنوي مي ­شود. تشديد و ناتواني در­ حل آن ممكن است خانواده را دچار آسيب نمايد و حتي منجر به طلاق شود. علي ­رغم پژوهش­ هاي ميداني متعددي كه در اين موضوع صورت گرفته است، جمع­ بندي و تحليل منسجمي از علل تعارضات و ابعاد آن در دسترس نيست. هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر مرور تحقيقات انجام شده در اين زمينه و شناسايي علل تعارضات زناشويي بود. روش: در اين تحقيق كه به روش مرور سيستماتيك انجام شد، جامعه آماري مقالات علمي - پژوهشي، پايان­ نامه‌ها و طرح‌هاي پژوهشي مرتبط با تعارضات زناشويي بودكه در دو دهه اخير (1380 تا 1398 و 2000 تا 2019) انجام شده­ اند. از بين 768 مورد جستجو شده تعداد 58 مورد مرتبط با علل تعارضات زناشويي انتخاب و وارد مطالعه شدند. يافته ­ها: در مجموع تعداد 41 عامل (با فراواني 375) به عنوان علل تعارضات زناشويي شناسايي و در 4 دسته طبقه­بندي شدند ­كه به ترتيب از بيشترين ميزان عبارت بودند از: عوامل خانوادگي با 40/80 درصد فراواني؛ عوامل فردي با 40/53 درصد فراواني؛ عوامل محيطي با 16/27 درصد فراواني و عوامل معنوي با 2/4 درصد فراواني. همچنين عمده­ ترين علل تعارضات زناشويي از بين 41 عامل عبارت بودند از: 1. مشكلات مالي (با 74/7 درصد فراواني)؛ 2. دخالت خانواده‌ها و اطرافيان (با 7/20 درصد فراواني)؛ 3. خشونت جسماني و كلامي (با 14/6درصد فراواني)؛ 4. ضعف مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي و حل مسأله (با 5/6 درصد فراواني)؛ 5. مشكلات جنسي (با 4/8 درصد فراواني). نتيجه ­گيري: شناسايي مجموعه عوامل و ميزان سهم هر يك از عوامل به پژوهشگران كمك مي ­كند تا به كشف يك مدل منسجم از علل تعارضات زناشويي نائل شوند و مطابق اين مجموعه عوامل ابزار پيش ­بيني و پيشگيري از تعارضات زناشويي را تدوين كنند.

Background: Conflicts are the most common problem in relationship of couples those negatively influence marital Quality and can lead to negative physiological, psychological,social and spiritual consequences. Intensification of the conflicts and disability in solving them can impair family and even lead to divorce. Despite the presence of many field researches about marital conflicts, there is no coherent analysis and conclusion of their causes and dimensions. Aims: The aim of the present study to review the related literature in order to identify the causes of marital conflicts. Method: this study was a systematic review, in which the statistical population are scientific research articles, dissertations and research schemes related to marital satisfaction since two last decades (2000-2019). Among768 cases that was explored, 58 cases, related to causes of marital conflicts entered into the study Results: According to the results, in sum, 41 factor(with frequency of (375) identified as the causes of marital conflicts. The entire factors of marital conflicts divided into the 4 categories, in order of importance: 1) family factors (40/80%),2) individual factors (40/53%), 3) environmental factors (16/27%) and spiritual factors (2/4%). In addition, the major causes of marital conflicts comprised: 1) Financial problem (7/74%), 2) Interference of families and relatives (7/20%), 3) Verbal and physical violence (16/14%), 4) lack of relationship and problem solving skills (5/6%), sexual problems (4/8%). Conclusions: Identifying of the factors and specifying the contributions of each of them to marital conflicts can help the researchers discover coherent model of marital conflicts. Based on these factors the instruments of prediction and prevention of marital conflicts can be defined and prepared
