نيازهاي روانشناختي اساسي و روان درستي فاعلي: نقش ميانجي اميد و چشم انداز آينده

Fundamental psychological needs and subjective well - being: the mediating role of hope and future perspective

زمينه: برآورده شدن نيازهاي روانشناختي اساسي از عوامل تعيين ­كنندۀ اصلي رواندرستي فاعلي به شمار مي­ رود. كشف روابط اين متغيرها از اهميت تربيتي و كاربردي برخوردار است. اما نكته قابل توجه اين است كه نقش ميانجي برخي متغيرها مانند اميد و چشم انداز آينده در اين روابط مشخص نشده است. هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي رابطۀ نيازهاي روانشناختي اساسي و رواندرستي فاعلي با ميانجي ­گري نقش اميد و چشم ­انداز آينده در دانش­آموزان بود. روش: اين پژوهش توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعۀ آماري پژوهش را كليۀ دانش­ آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر خرم ­آباد تشكيل مي­ دادند كه از ميان آنها تعداد 240 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه­ گيري تصادفي چندمرحله­ اي انتخاب شدند. داده­ ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه­ هاي نيازهاي روانشناختي اساسي (دسي و ريان،2000)، اميد (اسنايدر و همكاران، 1991)، چشم ­انداز آينده (زيمباردو و بويد، 1999)، رضايت از زندگي (دينر و همكاران، 1985) و عاطفۀ مثبت و منفي (واتسون و همكاران، 1988) جمع ­آوري و به روش مدل ­يابي معادلات ساختاري تحليل شدند. يافته ­ها: نتايج نشان داد كه برآورده شدن نيازهاي روانشناختي اساسي و اميد رابطۀ مثبت و معناداري با رواندرستي فاعلي داشتند. همچنين نيازهاي روانشناختي اساسي به طور غيرمستقيم و از طريق اميد و چشم ­انداز آينده با رواندرستي فاعلي رابطه داشتند (0/001>P). اما چشم ­انداز آينده با روان­درستي فاعلي رابظۀ معنا ­داري نداشت. نتيجه­ گيري: نيازهاي روانشناختي اساسي، اميد و چشم ­انداز آينده نقش قابل ­ملاحظه­ اي بر روان­ درستي فاعلي دانش ­آموزان دارند.

Background: Fundamental psychological needs fulfillment are assumed to be major determinants of subjective well-being. Discovering the relationships of these variabeles implecation and education importance. But the important point is that mediating role of hope and future prospects in these relationships has not been examined. Aims: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between basic psychological needs and subjective well-being with the mediating role of hope and future perspective of students. Method: The current research population of Khorram Abad secondary school students is 240 people who were selected by multistage cluster sampling method. In this study, fundamental psychological needs scale for measuring fundamental psychological needs variable, two life satisfaction questionnaires, and positive and negative affective for measuring the variables of subjective well-being, life hope scale for hoping variable and time perspective questionnaire for measuring future perspective. Results: The results of structural equation modeling showed that fundamental psychological needs is related both directly with subjective well-being and indirectly predicts subjective well-being through its impact on hope and future prospects (p<0/001). Conclusions: The results of this research emphasize the importance of recognizing the role of fundamental psychological needs, hope, and future prospects on students' subjective well-being.
