چكيده فارسي :
اين پژوهش با هدف تبيين شاخصه‌ها‌ي انسان دانشگاهي متعهد (استاد دانشگاه) ازمنظر تربيت اسلامي انجام شده است. بدين‌منظور، چهار محور اساسي ماهيت، آفرينش، هدف از زندگي و طبيعت انسان در شكل‌گيري نظام‌ها‌ي مختلف انسان‌شناسي از ديدگاه‌ها‌ي مختلف و خاصه انديشه و تربيت اسلامي بررسي شده است. در تربيت اسلامي، به‌ازاي شايستگي‌ها و برتري‌ها‌ي انساني، تعهداتي نيز بر ذمه وي خواهد بود. وفاي به تعهدات، وظيفه و پاسخي در مقابل تفوق‌ها‌ي نامبرده است. در تربيت اسلامي، انسان متعهد بايد علاوه‌بر دانستن تعهدات، نسبت به آنها با التزامي دروني، عامل باشد . مصاديق تعهد در شاخصه‌ها‌ي رابطه انسان با خدا، خود، خلق و خلقت جلوه‌گر مي‌شود. ذيل هركدام از روابط يادشده، مؤلفه‌ها‌يي براي انسان متعهد احصا شده است كه نشان‌دهنده شاخصه‌ها‌ي انسان دانشگاهي ازمنظر تعليم‌وتربيت اسلامي است. روش بررسي اين مقاله توصيفي ـ تحليلي است.
چكيده لاتين :
This study aims at identifying the characteristics of a committed academic university professor in the Islamic education. Hence, the role of four main axes of the man’s characteristics, creation, tenacity of living and the nature in shaping different anthropological systems are studied from different perspectives, in particular from the Islamic thought and educational point of view. In the Islamic training, there are obligations for man for his competencies and distinctions. Fulfillment of his accountabilities and duties is regarded as a response to the above superiorities. In Islamic education, it is supposed that a committed person must practice his commitment through feeling internal necessity in addition to their recognition. The indicators of the relationship of man with God, self, and creation are manifested in the relationship of man with God, himself, and the creation. Underlying each of these relationships, the components of the committed man have been identified reflecting the characteristics of an academic person in terms of Islamic education. This study is carried out through descriptive-analytical method.
