بررسي برنامه ها و سياست هاي دولت دربخش كشاورزي و تاثير آن بر اقتصاد روستائيان استان كرمانشاه

A SURVEY PROGRAMS an‎d POLICIES OF IRAN GOVERNMENT IN AGRICULTURAL SECTOR an‎d EFFECTS ON VILLLAGES ECONOMIC IN KERMANSHAH STATE

استان كرمانشاه يكي از استان‌هايي است كه داراي آب و هواي متنوع و اراضي حاصل‌خيز مي‌باشد. در اين استان، پس از انقلاب، دولت در بخش كشاورزي برنامه ها و سياست‌هايي گوناگون را در پيش و اجرا كرده كه نتايج و آثار گوناگوني در برداشته است. در اين پژوهش هدف ما بررسي برنامه هاي چهارم وپنجم توسعه و تاثيرات آن بر وضعيت درآمد روستاييان بوده. روش پژوهش باز نوع اسنادي و ميداني است. حجم نمونه 324 نفر از 14 شهرستان استان بوده و با نظر كارشناسان 12 شاخص را در نظر گرفتيم. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از برنامه spss و هم‌چنين، از مدل آناليز swot استفاده شده است نتايج نشان مي‌دهندكه برنامه‌هاي آموزش و توسعه منابع آبي و مكانيزاسيون موفقيت بهتري داشته و ديگر برنامه ها تاثيري كم‌تر بر درآمد روستاييان داشته است. لذا، پيشنهاد ميشود درتدوين برنامه‌هاي آينده بخش تغييراتي گسترده ايجاد شود ازجمله در توزيع يارانه ها و خريدتضميني محصولات و ارايه تسهيلات و تخصيص اعتبارات بانكي.

Kermanshah, as a rich region in climatic peculiarities and fertile lands .The main objective of this work is the study and analyses of those programs and strategies. At the end of those comparisons we’ll also offer our conclusions and suggestions which will contribute to the improvement of the agricultural programs and to the increase and development of the agricultural sphere. The method of study is documentary and the existing documents, information and data have been used. An open survey has also been carried out among the peasants of the Kermanshah province as a result of which statistical data have been identified The field in the rural province of Kermanshah and interviews with people in the rural community of our survey form is a sample size of 324 participants from 14 city of the province were selected by experts professionals 12 index consider in this paper to analyze the data spss program also swot analysis for a better understanding of the strengths and weaknesses and has been created the opportunities and threats that the program.
