طراحي و ارائه چارچوب مفهومي و مدل دانشگاه كارآفرين بر اساس نظريه داده بنيادِ سيستماتيك

Designing and suggestion of entrepreneur university model ‌ional framework ,based on systematic grounded theory

دانشگاه كارآفرين به‌عنوان نسل سوم دانشگاه‌ها، مأموريت سومي دارد كه مطابق نظريۀ تعدادي از انديشمندان و متفكران، موتور رشد و تحول اقتصادي و اجتماعي بوده است. هدف اين مقاله، مطالعه چارچوب مفهومي دانشگاه كارآفرين ازنقطه ‌نظر جنبه هاي كارآفرينانه دانشگاه هاي كارآفرين و عوامل مؤثر بر شكل‌گيري دانشگاه هاي كارآفريني و درنهايت پيشنهاد مدل و چارچوب مفهومي دانشگاه كارآفرين (با هدفِ توسعه اي-كاربردي) بود. اين پژوهش با روش و ماهيت مطالعه موردي از نوع كيفي بر اساس نظريه داده بنياد با رويكرد سيستماتيك مديريت و اجرا شد. مضاف بر اينكه با معيار كرسول مورد اعتباريابي محتوايي قرار گرفت و تأييد گرديد و نيز پايايي آن بر اساس توافق كدگذاري بيش از 95 درصد، مطابقِ فرمول هولستي و كاپا مورد تأييد و حمايت واقع گرديد. جامعۀ اين پژوهش شامل اساتيد دانشگاه و مديران دانشگاه در مراكز كشور بودند. نمونه اين مطالعه 14 نفر (4 نفر مدير و بقيه اساتيد دانشگاه) و نمونه‌گيري نظري و هدفمند و با روش گلوله برفي در حد اشباع بود. داده ها از مصاحبه‌ها جمع‌آوري شدند. تحليل محتوا در سه سطح بازو محوري و گزينشي انجام شدند. نتيجۀ داده ها با تحليل محتوا، 106 ويژگي و شاخص و 26 ريز مقوله و شش مقوله كلي بود كه در قالب مدل پارادايمي شاملِ شرايط علّي (ساختاري)؛ مقولۀ اصلي (رفتاري)؛ راهبردها (؛ نهادي)؛ شرايط مداخله اي (فردي)؛ زمينه (ويژگي‌هاي محيطي)؛ پيامدها (كارآفريني دانشگاه)؛ فرآيندِ دانشگاه كارآفرين در دانشگاه‌هاي ايران و روابط بين ابعاد مختلف و عناصرشان را انعكاس ميدهند.

The University of Entrepreneur, as the third generation of universities, has a third mission, which, according to some thinkers and scholars viewpoint, is the engine of economic and social development and movement. The purpose of this paper is to study the conceptual framework of the entrepreneurial university from the point of view of entrepreneurial aspects of entrepreneurship universities and factors influencing on the forming of entrepreneurship universities and the suggestion of entrepreneur university model and conceptual framework (with the purpose of developmental&appliedness) finally this research with case study method from type of quality was conducted and performed on the basis of method (SYS ... GTM) In addition,Creswell's criteria for its elements process content results (content validity) were accepted& its reliability agreement percent based on the Kappa holsti coefficient formula is 95% and to up, hereby became an endorsement completely too.The interviewers of this research in the sample of this study is 14 people (4 managers& its residues were professors) and sampling was purposeful and theoretical and to the method of snow ball in saturated level and range.The results of the data during the coding and analysis of the content were 106feature and index 26 sub category&6 main category blocs which in a paradigm model framework included:Causative conditions (structural);Focal item(behavioral);Strategies(institutional) ; Context (envirenmental); Interferiang conditions(individual);Consequences(entrepreneurship university) ,reflect the process of entrepreneur university in Iran universities and the relationships among various dimensions and theirs elements(constructions).
