چكيده فارسي :
يكي از ابعاد و زواياي ورزش، اخلاق است كه توجه به آن امري ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد. باشگاه‌ها به عنوان يك نهاد ورزشي مي‌توانند به سمت نهادينه كردن اخلاق در ورزشكاران گام بزرگي بردارند؛ بنابراين هدف از اين تحقيق شناسايي كاركردهاي تنظيمي، هنجاري و شناختي باشگاه‌هاي ورزشي در نهادينه كردن اخلاق در ورزشكاران بود. روش تحقيق كيفي از نوع اكتشافي و به لحاظ هدف از نوع كاربردي بود و به شكل ميداني اجرا شد. جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر را كليه افراد صاحب‌نظر و آگاه در زمينۀ اخلاق و اخلاق در ورزش تشكيل مي‌دادند. نمونه‌ها از طريق روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند در دسترس و به شيوه گلوله برفي تا رسيدن به نقطه اشباع نظري انتخاب شدند (11 نفر). ابزار جمع‌آوري داده‌ها مصاحبه عميق بود كه روايي آن از طريق انتخاب موضوع، دقت در طراحي، تهيه و تايپ مصاحبه‌ها و نسخه‌برداري دقيق از مصاحبه‌ها، گنجاندن سؤالات در مصاحبه با يك نظم منطقي و دقت در تدوين گزارش‌ها مدنظر قرار گرفت و پايايي از طريق روش باز آزمون محاسبه شد كه ضريب پايايي مصاحبه‌ها 77 درصد به دست آمد. روش تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها كدگذاري بود كه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA10 انجام شد. نتايج تحقيق در مجموع 26 كاركرد (12 كاركرد تنظيمي، 8 كاركرد هنجاري و 6 كاركرد شناختي) باشگاه‌ها براي نهادينه كردن اخلاق در ورزشكاران را نشان مي‌دهد، كه با شناخت، برنامه‌ريزي و ايجاد سازوكارهايي براي عملياتي سازي اين كاركردها در باشگاه‌هاي ورزشي مي توان روند نهادينه شدن اخلاق در ورزشكاران را تسهيل كرد و شاهد اخلاقيات در باشگاه‌هاي ورزشي بود.

One aspect of sports is ethics, necessary to be paid attention. Clubs as a sports institution can proceed to institutionalize ethics in athletes. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify functions of sports clubs to institutionalize ethics in athletes. The research method was qualitative from the type of exploratory one and from the perspective of aim, it was applicable and in terms of method was field research. The statistical population included insightful and informed experts in the field of ethics and ethics in sports. Samples were chosen through purposive and available sampling and snowball method. In this study, 11 samples were interviewed to reach theoretical saturation point. Instrument to collect data was depth interview, whose validity was examined based on accuracy in topic selection, designing, conduct and typing interviews, accurate transcription of interviews, incorporation of questions in interview in a logical order and accuracy in reports preparation. Its reliability was evaluated through retest method, and the reliability coefficient of the interviews was calculated 0/77. To analyze the data, codification was done through MAXQDA10 software. The results indicates totally 26 functions (12 regulative, 8 normative, 6 cognitive functions) of clubs to institutionalize ethics in athletes; So, by cognition, planning and creating some mechanisms for operating regulative, normative and cognitive functions in the sport clubs, the process of institutionalization of ethics in athletes could be facilitated and the ethics of sports clubs could be seen.
