طراحي يك مدل مفهومي مبتني بر فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي براي بهبود نظام آموزش مديريت تخصصي

Designing a conceptual model based on economic activities to improve the management training system

اين موضوع كه مديران بنگاه‌هاي كشور، دانش و مهارت‌هاي اكتسابي مديريت را بايد از كدام منبع فرا بگيرند، پرسشي جدي است. هدف از اين مقاله طراحي مدل مفهومي مبتني بر فعاليت­هاي اقتصادي براي بهبود نظام آموزش مديريت تخصصي مي­باشد.. اين تحقيق توصيفي و از نوع اكتشافي و ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎي دﺳﺘﺎورد ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، شامل مديران بنگاه­هاي اقتصادي بخش­هاي مختلف استان كرمانشاه كه تعداد آن­ها 189 نفر و حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول كوكران 80 نفر محاسبه و از روش نمونه­گيري خوشه­اي دو مرحله­اي استفاده گرديد. اﺑﺰار گردآوري اطلاعات در اين تحقيق ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ محقق ساخته با طيف ليكرت مي­باشد. ضمنا با بررسي متون تخصصي از روش تحليل محتوي مدل مفهومي استخراج گرديد. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه امروزه بنگاه‌‌هاي اقتصادي كشور فاقد مديريتي متخصص مي‌باشند و با وجود رويكردهاي فعلي نظام آموزش در تربيت مديران، كسب تجربه راه شناخته‌ شده‌اي است كه اكثر مديران از اين طريق مهارت‌ها، تكنيك‌ها و روش‌هاي تخصصي مديريتي را فرا مي‌گيرند. در اين تحقيق با هدف بهبود نظام آموزش مديريت تخصصي، به منظور تربيت مديران كارآمد براي راه‌اندازي و اداره فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي، يك مدل مفهومي پيشنهاد شد. ساختار اين مدل مفهومي شامل دو بخش اصلي است. بخش اول مجموعه اقدامات پيش‌نيازي است كه بايد قبل از طراحي دوره‌ها، مديران بنگاه­هاي اقتصادي بخش­هاي مختلف آن را طي نمايند و بخش دوم مجموعه اقدامات مشتركي است كه در طراحي هر دوره مي‌بايستي انجام پذيرد. اين مدل با مطالعه متون تخصصي در رابطه با فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي و با بهره­گيري از نظر متخصصين، تدوين گرديده تا چارچوبي براي طراحي دوره‌هاي مديريت تخصصي حاصل گردد.

It is a serious question that managers of state-owned enterprises should learn the source of knowledge and acquired skills from management. The purpose of this paper is to design a conceptual model based on economic activities to improve the system of professional management education. This research is descriptive and exploratory and based on the research achievement. The research population consisted of managers of economic enterprises in different parts of Kermanshah province whose number was 189 and the sample size was calculated based on Cochran's formula of 80 and using a two stage cluster sampling method. Data gathering tool in this research was a researcher-made questionnaire with Likert scale. Meanwhile, the content analysis of the conceptual model was extracted by reviewing the specialized texts. The results show that today the enterprises of the country lack expert management, and despite the current approaches of the education system in the training of managers, gaining experience is a well-known way that most managers in this way acquire the skills, techniques and methods of specialized management. In this research, a conceptual model was proposed to improve the system of professional management education, in order to educate efficient managers to set up and run economic activities. The structure of this conceptual model consists of two main parts. The first part of the set of actions is a pre-requisite, which must be preceded by the design of the courses, the managers of the enterprises of different sectors, and the second part is a set of common actions to be undertaken in the design of each period. This model has been developed by studying specialized texts related to economic activities and with the use of experts, in order to provide a framework for designing professional management courses.
