سنجش ميزان رضايت شهروندان از عملكرد شوراي اسلامي شهرها (مطالعه موردي: شهر جيرفت)

شوراهاي اسلامي شهر يكي از اثرگذارترين عناصر در نظام مديريت شهرها محسوب مي گردند و نقش بسيار مهمي در اداره شهرها دارند. بنابراين، بررسي عملكرد و تعيين ميزان موفقيت شوراها در مديريت شهري از اهميت ويژه اي برخوردار است. بر اين اساس، پژوهش حاضر ميزان موفقيت و عملكرد شوراهاي اسلامي شهر جيرفت را در ابعاد اقتصادي، اجتماعي، محيطي، كالبدي و اجرايي مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار مي دهد. روش پژوهش «توصيفي- تحليلي» است كه به شيوه «پيمايشي» انجام شده است. در اين پژوهش، گردآوري اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه انجام شده و تحليل داده ها در محيط نرم افزاري SPSS در دو سطح توصيفي و استنباطي انجام گرفته است. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه عملكرد شوراها در مديريت شهر جيرفت در سطح متوسط به بالا قرار دارد. نتايج به دست آمده از آزمون كاي اسكوئر نشان دهنده عملكرد بالاي شوراي اسلامي شهر جيرفت در ابعاد اجرايي، كالبدي و محيطي، عملكرد متوسط در بعد اجتماعي و عملكرد ضعيف در بعد اقتصادي مي‌باشد.

Islamic city councils are among the most effective elements in the urban management system and enjoy important roles in managing cities. Accordingly, investigating the performance and determining the degree of the success of city councils in urban management enjoy specific importance; therefore, the present study is to investigate and analyze the degree of success and performance of the Islamic City Council of Jiroft in economic, social, environmental, physical, and executive dimensions. The research method was “descriptive-analytical” conducted through the “survey method”. In this research, collecting information was conducted using questionnaire and analyzing data was done through the SPSS software at two descriptive and inferential levels. The results of the research indicated that the performance of city councils in the urban management of Jiroft is from moderate to high level. The results obtained from the Chi-square test also illustrated that the high performance of the Islamic City Council of Jiroft is moderate concerning executive, physical, and environmental dimensions; while it is poor in social dimension, and high in economic dimension.
