تبديل روستا به شهر و تأثير آن بر كيفيت زندگي ساكنان؛ (مورد مطالعه: بيران شهر)

(Villages' Turning into Cities and its Impact on Residents' Life Quality (A Case Study of Biran Shahr

هدف از انجام پژوهش پيمايشي حاضر بررسي مسأله ي تبديل روستا به شهر و اثرات آن بر كيفيت زندگي ساكنان آن در شهر تازه تأسيس بيرانشهر واقع در استان لرستان ميباشد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كليه ي خانوارهاي ساكن شهر بيرانشهر مي باشند (1655N=). با استفاده از فرمول كوكران حجم نمونه 200 خانوار برآورد گرديد. نمونه ها با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب و از طريق پرسشنامه مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. روايي و پايايي ابزار تحقيق، به ترتيب به روش اعتبار محتوايي و با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ (بيشتر از 0/7) مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. در نهايت تجزيه و تحليل دادهها با نرم افزار SPSS انجام شد. نتايج اولويت بندي اثرات تبديل شدن بخش چغلوندي سابق به شهر جديد بيرانشهر، بر مبناي ميانگين از نمره 5، نشان داد كه اين تبديل بيشترين اثرات را به ترتيب در زير بخش هاي؛ 1) ارتقاء خدمات شهري (3/99)، 2- بهبود وضعيت مسكن و شهرسازي (3/92)، 3- توسعه آموزشي (3/91)، 4- جلب مشاركت اجتماعي (86/3)، 5- توسعه بهداشتي – درماني (3/58)، 6- بهبود امكانات ارتباطي (3/57)، 7- تأمين امنيت منطقه (3/45)، 8- توسعه اشتغال و بهبود فضاي كسب و كار (3/40) و 9- دسترسي به اماكن ورزشي و تفريحي (3/25)، داشته است.

The purpose of this survey is to examine the villages' turning into cities and its impacts on the life quality of its inhabitants in the newly founded town of Byranshahr in Lorestan province. The statistical population of the study consisted of the whole inhabitant families in Byranshahr (N= 1655) two hundred of whom were determined as the statistical sample using Cochran formula. The samples were selected by simple random sampling method and were interviewed through a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the instruments which were used in the study were confirmed considering content validity and using Cronbach's alpha coefficient which was more than 0.70. Finally, the data were analyzed using the SPSS software. The results of prioritizing the effect of Cheqlondi's turning into Byranshahr town, based on the average score of 5, showed that this turning has had the highest impacts on the following sectors: promoting the town services (3.99), improvement the housing and urbanization (3.92), educational development (3.91), increasing social participation (3.86), health-hygienic development (3.58), improvement of communication facilities (3.57), town security (3.45), employment and improvement of the business (3.40), and finally accessing to sports and entertainment facilities (3.25).
