چكيده فارسي :
برنامه‌ريزي و مسائل مرتبط با آن بايد به شكلي باشد كه در وضعيت برد برد بين انسان و محيط عمل كند. متاسفانه در محيط‌هاي انساني اين عمر ناديده گرفته شده كه باعث تحميل هزينه‌هاي جاني و مالي گرديده است. هدف پژوهش "بررسي دخل و تصرف در پهنه‌هاي رودخانه، قنات و گسل" مي‌باشد. داده‌هاي پژوهش اعم از مسير رودخانه‌ها، با تهيه DEM منطقه و انجام تحليل‌هاي لازم استخراج گرديد. شيپ فايل قنات‌هاي تبريز نيز از سازمان آب منطقه‌اي تبريز و شيپ فايل گسل‌هاي تبريز هم از مهندسان مشاور پادير تهيه شد. شبكه معابر شهر تبريز هم از سايت OSM تهيه شد. تجزيه و تحليل‌ها نيز با اعمال حرايم استاندارد براي هر يك از عوارض رودخانه، قنات و گسل انجام شد. بررسي‌هاي صورت گرفته بر روي حرايم آبراهه سطح دو و سه نشان داد كه كاربري مسكوني، كاربري تجاري و صنعتي به ترتيب داراي بيشترين فراواني در حريم اين آبراهه‌ها مي‌باشد. به لحاظ مساحتي نيز كاربري مسكوني داراي بيشترين مساحت در حريم اين آبراهه‌ها مي‌باشد. معابر شرياني درجه دو فرعي نيز به لحاظ طولي داراي بيشترين مقدار در حريم آبراهه سطح دو و سه مي‌باشد. در حريم سه سطحي چاه مادر قنات و مظهر قنات، كاربري مسكوني و كاربري تجاري به ترتيب داراي بيشترين فراواني مي‌باشد. به لحاظ مساحت، كاربري مسكوني داراي بيشترين وسعت در اين حرايم مي‌باشد. در حريم پنج سطحي گسل، كاربري مسكوني و كاربري تجاري به ترتيب داراي بيشترين فراواني مي-باشد. به لحاظ مساحتي نيز كاربري مسكوني داراي بيشترين وسعت در حرايم گسل مي‌باشد.

Planning and related issues should be in a win-win situation between man and the environment. Unfortunately, this has been neglected in human environments, which has caused a lot of costs. The purpose of the research is "Investigating the manipulation on the water bodies (River and Qanat) and fault". The research is based on applied one. The research data, including the river route, were extracted by preparing the DEM and performing the necessary analyzes. In the three-level frontage of main Qanat and Qanat, residential use and commercial use are the most frequent, respectively. In terms of area, residential uses have the highest extent. In the fault Frontage, residential use and commercial use are the most frequent, respectively. In terms of area, residential use has the first rank.
