ارزيابي بهره‌وري پژوهشي دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسه‌هاي پژوهشي دولتي ايران در حوزه‌هاي وابسته به سيستم‌هاي خبره

Evaluation of Research Productivity of Iranian Universities, and Research Institutes in the Expert Systems and its Related Fields

هدف: اين پژوهش با هدف ارزيابي بهره‌وري پژوهشي دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسه‌هاي پژوهشي دولتي كشور در زمينه سيستم‌هاي خبره انجام گرفته است. روش‌شناسي: اين پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌هاي كاربردي علم‌سنجي است كه براي انجام آن از روش‌هاي اسنادي و پيمايشي استفاده شده است. جامعۀ اين پژوهش شامل تمامي دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسه‌هاي پژوهشي دولتي ايران در حوزه سيستم‌هاي خبره است كه طي دورۀ بيست سالۀ 1996 تا 2016 در پايگاه وب آو ساينس داراي مقاله بوده‌اند. تعداد مقاله‌هاي مورد مطالعه 1270 عنوان و مربوط به 97 نفر پژوهشگر از دانشگاه و مؤسسۀ پژوهشي دولتي كشور است كه درنهايت 20 دانشگاه و مؤسسه‌اي كه امتيازهاي بالاتر از ميانگين را كسب كرده بودند معرفي شدند. براي تعيين وزن و اهميت هر يك از شاخص‌هاي مورد نظر، از نظرات تعداد 30 نفر از پژوهشگران علم‌سنجي و متخصصان موضوعي به‌عنوان بخشي ديگر از جامعۀ پژوهش استفاده به عمل آمد و نظرات آنها از طريق پرسشنامه جمع‌آوري شد. يافته‌ها: نشان داد كه دانشگاه‌هاي تهران، اميركبير، علوم پزشكي تهران به لحاظ بهره‌وري پژوهشي دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسه‌هاي پژوهشي دولتي ايران در حوزه سيستم‌هاي خبره، به‌ترتيب در رتبه‌هاي اول تا سوم قرار گرفتند. همچنين، نتايج اين پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه در ميان انواع برون‌دادهاي علمي و فناوري، شاخص‌هاي مربوط به اختراعات ثبت‌شده براي پژوهشگران حوزۀ سيستم‌هاي خبره از وزن و اهميت زيادتري برخوردار است. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج نشان دادند كه با توجه به دو بعد كميّت و كيفيت و بدون درنظرگرفتن جمعيت پژوهشگران، دانشگاه تهران در حوزه‌هاي وابسته به سيستم‌هاي خبره داراي بيشترين بهره‌وري پژوهشي بوده است.

Purpose:The purpose of this study was to identify and evaluate the research productivity of universities and institutes in the field of expert systems in Iran. Methodology: In accordance with the goals and nature of this subject, the current study is methodological applied research in which, documentary and survey methods were utilized. The Statistical community of this research includes all researchers, universities, and research institutes in the field of expert systems in Iran who have published articles on the website from 1996 to 2016. Due to a coefficient of 0.96 obtained by Cronbach's alpha, the questionnaire’s reliability was confirmed by using Excel and SPSS software. Findings: The results indicated that the indexes of patented patents of researchers in the field of expert systems are of great importance. According to the research findings, the ranking of research productivity of researchers, universities, and institutes in the field of expert systems in Iran is as follows: As for the universities, the University of Tehran ranked first and Amirkabir University stood in the second. Conclustion: The results revealed that in two qualification and quantitative dimensions and without considering the researchers' population, University of Tehran has the most productivity in the related fields of the expert systems.
