بررسي ميزان آمادگي سازماني جهت پياده سازي ERP در ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان البرز

Assessment of Organizational Readiness for ERP Implementation in the Alborz Sport and the Youth Organization

هدف از اين تحقيق سنجش ميزان آمادگي سازماني جهت پياده سازي ERP در ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان البرز است. اين تحقيق برحسب دستاورد يا نتيجه تحقيق، از نوع كاربردي و بر حسب اهداف تحقيق، از نوع توصيفي و از جنبه روش گردآوري داده ها، ميداني مي باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر را كليه مديران، معاونان و كارشناسان مسئول اداره كل ورزش و جوانان استان البرز و ادارات كل شهرستان هاي استان با تعداد تقريبي 180 نفر تشكيل مي دهند كه روش كل شمار استفاده شد و 164 پرسشنامه صحيح مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. براي سنجش ميزان آمادگي سازماني از پرسشنامه محمدعلي و همكاران(1392) ، با پايايي كل 0/85 استفاده شد. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داد ه ها پس از تأييد طبيعي بودن توزيع داده ها با استفاده از آزمون كولموگروف- اسميرنوف، از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي شامل فراواني و ميانگين و همچنين آزمون t تك متغيره و آزمون فريدمن در نرم افزار spss استفاده شد. يافته ها نشان داد كه ميزان آمادگي سازماني جهت پياده سازي ERP در ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان البرز در حد مطلوب مي باشد و تنها عامل انساني در حد مطلوب قرار ندارد. عامل مربوط به فناوري در رتبه بندي عوامل آمادگي در رتبه اول و عامل انساني در رتبه آخر قرار گرفت. در نهايت اينكه نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش مي تواند موجب شناسايي حوزه هاي ضعف سازمان در هريك از ابعاد گرديده و فبل از استقرار سيستم، طرح هاي آماده سازي براي پوشش آن نقاط مد نظر قرار گيرد.

The purpose of this study was to measure the organizational readiness for ERP implementation in the Alborz Sport and the Youth Organization. This research based on the achievements and results is practical and According to the research objectives is a descriptive and the data was gathered through survey. The study population included all managers, deputies and experts in charge of General Administration of Alborz Sport and Youth and the city administration, with almost 180 people, Due to the limited number of population of the whole procedure was used and 164 valid questionnaires were analyzed. For organizational Readiness Assessment, The Questionnaire of MA et al. (1392), with 0.85 total reliability was used. To analyze the data after normal verification of data distribution using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including frequency and average and also t-test and Friedman test in spss software were used. Results showed that the total amount of organizational readiness for ERP implementations in the Alborz Youth and Sport organization is desirable and only the human factor is not desirable. In the ranking of readiness factors related to technology is in the first place and the human factor is in last place. Finally, the results of this research can help identify areas of weakness in the dimensions of the system and prior to the establishment of plans for covering those points taken into consideration.
