چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﭘﺎﯾﻪ و اﺳﺎس ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰي و ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ، ﻧﯿﺎزﺳﻨﺠﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﻧﯿﺎزﺳﻨﺠﯽ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖﺑﺪﻧﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ.در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از روش آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و ﮐﻤّﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪاي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ ﻣﺘﺸﮑﻞ از 20 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻄﻠﻌﯿﻦ ﮐﻠﯿﺪي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎي ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﻣﺮﺣﻠﮥ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ 47 ﮔﻮﯾﻪ اي ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺷﺪ و ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ رواﯾﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن (آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ 0/983)، ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺘﺎً ﺑﺮ روي ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪاي ﻣﺘﺸﮑﻞ از 228 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖﺑﺪﻧﯽ ﻣﺪارس اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖﺑﺪﻧﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران در ﺣﯿﻄﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ 1. ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ و رﻫﺒﺮي؛ 2. ﯾﺎددﻫﯽ و ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي؛ 3. ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽﻫﺎي ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ 4. اﺧﻠﺎق و ﺣﻘﻮق و 5. ﻓﻨﺎوري و ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ آﻣﻮزش دارﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه در ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ وﺟﻮد ﻧﯿﺎز آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ در ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺣﯿﻄﻪ ﻫﺎ و اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﻓﻮق در ﺳﻄﺢ (0/05=p) ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺑﻮد.ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖﺑﺪﻧﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران، در ﺣﯿﻄﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﯿﺎز آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ دارﻧﺪ و ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﻧﻤﯽﮐﻨﻨﺪ و ﯾﺎ آﻣﻮزش درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﺷﺪه آﻧﺎن، ﮐﺎﻓﯽ ﻧﯿﺴﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Background &Purpose: The basis for educational planning and designing is the needs assessment. This research was conducted with purpose of studying educational needs assessment of physical education teachers in Mazandaran province. Methodology: In this research, mix methods qualitative and quantitative were used. A purposive sample of 20 informants was selected. Based on qualitative findings, an initial 47 items questionnaire was designed. After reviewing its validity and reliability (α=0/983), finally was conducted on a sample of 228 teachers from Mazandaran province schools. Results: Finding in qualitative part are presented as follows: Such indicators as need for training Physical Education Teachers: 1.related to management and leadership; 2.related to teaching and learning; 3.related to professional competencies; 4. related to ethics and law; and 5. related to technology and research; Also, according to the teachers, there are educational needs in all and priority needs were significant at the level (p = 0.05). Conclusion: physical Education Teachers of Mazandaran Province have educational needs in the considered indicators. an‎d can be said teachers do not receive appropriate training or their training is not enough.
