چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪهﻤﻠﮑﺮد ورزﺷﯽ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻓﺮدي و ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﻗﺮار دارد. اﻣﺎ اﻏﻠﺐ ﻣﻮارد ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ اﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺑﺮ ﻫﻤﮥ اﻓﺮاد ﯾﮑﺴﺎن ﻧﯿﺴﺖ ﮐﻪ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﻧﻘﺶ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ واﺳﻄﻪاي دﯾﮕﺮي را ﻣﻄﺮح ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ. ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻧﻮع ﻣﺰاج و ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﺑﯽﮐﺮﺑﻨﺎت ﺳﺪﯾﻢ ﺑﺮ روي ﺗﻮان ﺑﯽﻫﻮازي و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺧﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر 200 داﻧﺸﺠﻮ داوﻃﻠﺐ ﺷﺮﮐﺖ در ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. 40 ﻧﻔﺮ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﻣﺸﺨﺺ داراي ﻣﺰاج ﺳﺮد و ﮔﺮم و ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﻮردﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ، اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﻮع ﻣﺰاج ])ﺳﺮد )ﺗﻌﺪاد=20 ﻧﻔﺮ( ﮔﺮم)ﺗﻌﺪاد= 20ﻧﻔﺮ([ ﺑﻪ دو ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. آزﻣﻮدﻧﯽﻫﺎ در دو ﺟﻠﺴﮥ آزﻣﻮن رﺳﺖ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﯾﺎ داروﻧﻤﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﮥ ﯾﮏ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ و ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻣﺘﻘﺎﻃﻊ ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ. ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﺑﯽﮐﺮﺑﻨﺎت ﺳﺪﯾﻢ در ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺰاج ﮔﺮم، ﺗﻮان ﺑﯽﻫﻮازي ﺑﯿﺸﯿﻨﻪ و ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ و در ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺰاج ﺳﺮد، ﺗﻮان ﺑﯽﻫﻮازي ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ را اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ داد، اﻣﺎ در ﻫﺮ دو ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺰاﺟﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺧﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﮥ ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺰاج ﮔﺮم و ﺳﺮد ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ در ﭘﯽ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﮑﻤﻞ، ﺗﻮان ﺑﯽﻫﻮازي ﺑﯿﺸﯿﻨﻪ و ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ در ﻣﺰاج ﮔﺮم ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ از ﻣﺰاج ﺳﺮد ﺑﻮد، اﻣﺎ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺧﺴﺘﮕﯽ در ﻣﺰاج ﺳﺮد ﮐﻤﺘﺮ از ﻣﺰاج ﮔﺮم ﺑﻮد. ﻧﻮع ﻣﺰاج )ﺑﺪون ﻣﮑﻤﻞ( ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮان ﺑﯽﻫﻮازي ﺑﯿﺸﯿﻨﻪ و ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺧﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ، ﻧﻮع ﻣﺰاج ﺑﻪﺗﻨﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﺗﻮان ﺑﯽﻫﻮازي ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﻧﯿﺴﺖ، اﻣﺎ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﺑﯽﮐﺮﺑﻨﺎت ﺳﺪﯾﻢ ﺗﻮان ﺑﯽﻫﻮازي را در ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺰاج ﮔﺮم اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺧﺴﺘﮕﯽ را در ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺰاج ﺳﺮد ﺑﯿﺶ از ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺰاج ﮔﺮم ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Sport performance is affected by various individual and environmental factors. But often the same factor exerts effects on individuals differently which proposes the probability of the role of other effective mediating factors. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of temperament type and sodium bicarbonate supplementation on anaerobic power and fatigue index. For this purpose, 200 students volunteered to participate in the study, and 40 students who had distinct cold and hot temperaments and other inclusion criteria were selected and divided into cold (n=20) and hot (n=20) groups based on their temperament. Subjects participated in two sessions of RAST test by one-week interval, after consuming placebo or supplementation in a crossover method. Sodium bicarbonate supplementation increased maximum and mean anaerobic power in hot group and mean anaerobic power in cold group, but it did not significantly affect fatigue index in both groups. A comparison between hot and cold temperament groups indicated that following supplementation, maximum and mean anaerobic power was higher in hot temperament group than cold temperament group, but fatigue index was lower in cold temperament group than hot temperament group. Temperament type (without supplementation) did not have a significant effect on maximum and mean anaerobic power and fatigue index. In conclusion, temperament type per se does not have an effect on anaerobic power indices, but sodium bicarbonate supplementation improves anaerobic power in hot temperament group, and significantly decreases fatigue index in cold temperament group more than hot temperament group.
