چكيده فارسي :
در دﻧﯿﺎي ورزش ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺎن ﺑﺎﺷﮕﺎهﻫﺎ، از ﺟﻨﺒﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ رﻗﺎﺑﺖ ﺗﻨﮕﺎﺗﻨﮕﯽ وﺟﻮد دارد، ورزﺷﮑﺎران ﺑﺎﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ، از ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﺷﮕﺎه ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻫﻤﻮاره ﺳﻌﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺣﻔﻆ اﯾﻦ ﻗﺒﯿﻞ ﺑﺎزﯾﮑﻨﺎن اﺳﺖ. ازاﯾﻦرو ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﺪل وﻓﺎداري ﺑﺎزﯾﮑﻨﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﮕﺎه اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ و ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﮥ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ 250 ﻧﻔﺮ از ورزﺷﮑﺎران ﺷﺮﮐﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪه در ﺑﯿﺴﺖوﻫﺸﺘﻤﯿﻦ دورة ﻣﺴﺎﺑﻘﺎت واﻟﯿﺒﺎل ﻗﻬﺮﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﺑﺮﺗﺮ اﯾﺮان ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي و ﺧﻮﺷﻪاي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﮥ ﻣﺤﻘﻖﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪاي ﺑﺎ 33 ﮔﻮﯾﻪ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ 0/93 ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ(0/01< P ). ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد رواﺑﻂ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ (0/25)، اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﻓﮑﺮي (0/20)، ﺣﻘﻮق و ﻣﺰاﯾﺎ (0/15)، رﺿﺎﯾﺖ (0/21)، ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ادراكﺷﺪه (0/10)، ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﺑﺎﺷﮕﺎه (0/16)، ﺗﻮﺳﻌﮥ ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي (0/15) و ﻫﻤﺬاتﭘﻨﺪاري (0/09) ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ وﻓﺎداري ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﺎزﯾﮑﻨﺎن ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﺧﺼﻮص ﺗﻔﺎوﺗﯽ ﻣﯿﺎن دو ﺟﻨﺲ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ. ازاﯾﻦرو ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﺎﻻي ﻋﺎﻣﻞﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﻣﺪل، ﻣﯽﺗﻮان از آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان اﺑﺰار ﮐﻨﺘﺮل در ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺆﺛﺮﺗﺮ و ﺣﻔﻆ ﺑﺎزﯾﮑﻨﺎن ﺑﻬﺮه ﺟﺴﺖ. ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺑﻪ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدﻫﺎي ﻣﺪل، ﻧﯿﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻬﺮهﻣﻨﺪي از ﻓﻮاﯾﺪ وﻓﺎداري ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻨﺒﻊ اﺻﻠﯽ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﮥ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ را ﻣﯿﺴﺮ ﻣﯽﺳﺎزد.
چكيده لاتين :
In the world of sports, there is a close competition between clubs in many aspects, Experienced athletes are the capital of the clubs that are always trying to keep these players. The aim of the present study was to explain the loyalty of players to the Club. This study was descriptive-analytical / survey. The statistical sample of the study was (N=250) athletes who participating in the 28th Iran's championship Volleyball super league who were selected by cluster stratified random sampling method. The questionnaire had 33 items that the reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.93 (p<0.01). The result indicated that social relationships (0.25), security of intellectual (0.2), salaries and benefits (0.15), satisfaction (0.21), perceived fairness (0.10), position of the Club (0.16), Professional development (0.15) and oneness (0.09) can lead to loyalty. the service was an essential factor to player's loyalty. Also, there was no significant difference between sexes and loyalty. Therefore, considering the high correlation of independent agents, managers can more effectively manage players to keep them for teams. According to the proposed model, managers achieve loyalty benefits as the primary source of organizational capital is possible.
