ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﯾﺎري ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﮐﺮﺑﻮﻫﯿﺪرات و آب ﺧﺎﻟﺺ ﺑﺮ ﺳﻄﻮح اﯾﻨﺘﺮﻟﻮﮐﯿﻦ 10، ﮔﻠﻮﮐﺰ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﻫﻤﺎﺗﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ ﺧﻮن ﻣﺮدان ﻓﻮﺗﺒﺎﻟﯿﺴﺖ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر 30 ﻣﺮد ﻓﻮﺗﺒﺎﻟﯿﺴﺖ از ﺑﺎﺷﮕﺎه ﻣﺲ ﮐﺮﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ )ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺳﻦ 17±2/0 ﺳﺎل( اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﭘﺲ از ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽﻫﺎي اوﻟﯿﻪ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﺮﺑﻮﻫﯿﺪرات (11=n)، ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺼﺮف آب ﺧﺎﻟﺺ (11=n) و ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل (8=n) ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. آزﻣﻮدﻧﯽﻫﺎ ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺴﺎﺑﻘﮥ 90 دﻗﯿﻘﻪاي ﻓﻮﺗﺒﺎل ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻨﺪ. ﮔﺮوه ﮐﺮﺑﻮﻫﯿﺪرات و آب ﺧﺎﻟﺺ در ﻫﺮ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ 150 ﺳﯽﺳﯽ و در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع 300 ﺳﯽﺳﯽ ﻣﺎﯾﻌﺎت ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد را ﻧﻮﺷﯿﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﮥ ﺧﻮن آزﻣﻮدﻧﯽﻫﺎ ﻗﺒﻞ از ﻣﺴﺎﺑﻘﻪ، ﺑﻼﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﻣﺴﺎﺑﻘﻪ و 24 ﺑﻌﺪ از ﻣﺴﺎﺑﻘﻪ ﺟﻤﻊآوري ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﻫﻤﺎﺗﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ ﺧﻮن (HCT ،HGM ،MCV ،PLT ،RBC ،wbc) از دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﺳﺎﯾﻤﯿﮑﺲ و ﺑﺮاي 10-IL
از دﺳﺘﮕﺎه اﻻﯾﺰارﯾﺪر اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ آﻣﺎري دادهﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮن آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﮐﻮوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﮑﺮر در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري 0/05
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of carbohydrate solution supplementation and pure water on interleukin 10, glucose and blood hematological
indexes in male football players. 30 male football players from the Mes Club of Kerman (mean age of 17 ± 2.0) were selected and were randomly divided into 3
groups: carbohydrate intake (n=11), pure water (n=11) and control (n=8) after primary evaluations. Subjects then performed a 90-minute football match. The carbohydrate
and pure water groups consumed 150 cc of their solutions (300 cc in total) in each
half. Blood samples were collected before, immediately after and 24 hours after the match. Simax device and Eliza Reader were used to measure blood hematological
indexes (WBC, RBC, PLT, MCV, HGM, HCT) and IL-10 respectively. For statistical
analysis of data, analysis of covariance with repeated measures was used at the
significance level of P<0.05. Data analysis showed that carbohydrate had a significant effect on glucose (P=0.008) and IL-10 (P=0.006) compared with the control and water
groups. Also, carbohydrate had a significant effect on WBC (P=0.015), HGB
(P=0.030) and HCT (P=0.011) compared with the control and water groups. Based on these findings, it seems that carbohydrate solution consumption before long-term
matches not only affects blood hematology and IL10 but also may improve athletes’
performance.
