چكيده فارسي :
قدرت دريايي مبتني بر آينده پژوهي شامل باورهاي ما در مورد چگونگي تغيير و ساخت آينده‌اي متفاوت در عرصه قدرت دريايي مشتمل بر چهار بخش از جمله كنترل تجارت بين‌الملل، توانايي بهره‌برداري وكنترل منابع اقيانوسي، توانمندي عملياتي دريايي در جنگ، بهره‌گيري از قدرت اقتصادي دريايي به عنوان ابزار ديپلماسي و همچنين بازدارندگي و نفوذ سياسي در زمان صلح است و انديشه نظامي به‌معني مجموعه تفكرات منسجم، داراي مبنا، مستدل، مهم و منطقي در باب امور نظامي است. اين مقاله با هدف ارائه الگوي تحول قدرت دريايي مبتني بر آينده پژوهي با تأكيد بر انديشه دفاعي - دريايي فرماندهي معظم كل قوا (مدظله‌العالي) انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و بر مبناي پارادايم كيفي و با استفاده از تحليل محتوا سخنراني‌ها و بيانات فرماندهي معظم كل قوا را از سال 1361-1397 كه در نيروي دريايي ارتش صورت گرفته مورد بررسي قرار داده است. داده‌هاي حاصل با استفاده از نرم افزار Maxqda12 و با روش كدگذاري تحليل شدند و در نهايت نمودار حاصل با نرم افزار Mindmapper 2008 ترسيم گرديد. داده‌هاي حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل شامل 10 محور مشتمل بر الف) اهداف دفاعي-دريايي، ب) سياست دفاعي-دريايي، ج) دكترين (آيين) نظامي- دريايي، د) راهبرد نظامي، ه) نيروي انساني، و) آموزش و پژوهش، ز) تجهيزات و تسليحات نظامي، ح) ساختار و تشكيلات سازماني، ط) لجستيك و پشتيباني و ي) فرماندهان بود و همچنين داراي 10 مقوله و 76 زير مقوله مي‌باشد.

This research regarding its goal is practical and regarding gathering it's data is qualitative paradigm and using content analysis, the speeches and statements of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of Armed Forces, Data was analyzed through Maxqda12 software and coding method and finally the charts were plotted with Mindmapper 2008 software. The data from the analysis consist of 12 axes including (a) naval-defense objectives, (b) naval-defense policy, (c) naval-military doctrine (d) military strategy, (e) human resources, and (ii) training and research, G) military equipment and weapons, h) organizational structure, i) logistics and support, and i) commanders, and also has 22 codes and 64 sub-codes.
