Examining the Risks and Obstacles to the Success of ERP implementation using the Critical System Heuristics (CSH) Approach

امروزه سيستم‌‌ برنامه‌ريزي منابع سازمان (ERP)، به ابزاري مهم براي بهبود مزاياي رقابتي سازمان‌‌ها تبديل شده است، كه در صورت موفقيت پياده‌سازي اين سيستم، شركت‌‌ها مي‌توانند به سرعت برتري رقابتي را در بازار جهاني كسب كنند. يكي از عوامل موفقيت در پياده‌سازي اين سيستم‌‌ها شناسايي صحيح ريسك‌‌ها و پاسخگويي مناسب به آنها در طول چرخه حيات است. اين تحقيق با نگاهي نوآورانه به بررسي احتمال‌ها و موانع موفقيت پياده‌سازي اين سيستم (ERP) با استفاده از رويكرد سيستم‌هاي ابتكاري انتقادي (CSH) است؛ كه هدف‌ آن بنيادي و كاربردي است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را خبرگان زمينه ERP تشكيل مي‌‌دهند؛ كه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌‌گيري هدفمند مصاحبه‌‌هايي با دوازده نفر از اين خبرگان انجام شد. يافته‌‌هاي اين تحقيق نشان دهنده آن است كه، ريسك‌‌هاي پياده‌‌سازي سيستم ERP به سه دسته تقسيم مي‌شوند كه عبارت‌اند از: احتمال‌هاي قبل از شروع پياده‌‌سازي، احتمال‌هاي زمان اجرا و احتمال‌هاي بعد از اجرا مي‌باشد. همچنين نتيجه اين پژوهش پيشنهادهايي برخاسته از اكتشاف و درك داوري‌هاي مرزي سودبران (داوري‌هاي اوليه درباره سيستم و نگاه كلي به آن براي شناسايي و در نهايت كنترل احتمال‌هاي پياده‌سازي سيستم ERP را فراهم كرده است.

Today, the ERP system has become an essential and important tool for improving the competitive advantage of organizations and if this system implements successfully, companies can attain a competitive advantage in the global marketplace quickly. One of the success factors in the implementation of ERP systems is the proper identification of risks and appropriate responses to them throughout the lifecycle. Therefore, this research with an innovative point of view seeks to examine the risks and obstacles to the success of ERP implementation using the Critical System Heuristics (CSH) approach. The present research is both fundamental and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study is ERP elites, interviews with 12 of these elites were conducted using purposeful sampling method. The findings of this research indicate that the risks of implementing the ERP system are divided into three categories of risk before implementation, implementation time risks and post-implementation risks. In addition, the results of the study provide suggestions from the discovery and understanding of the boundary judgment of the stakeholders (initial judgments about the system and a general overview of it) in order to identify and ultimately control the risks of the implementation of the ERP system.
