چكيده فارسي :
كنترل راهبردي درصدد تحقق اركان جهت ساز و اهداف سازمان است و راهبردهاي سازماني را نشانه گرفته و عامل موفقيت هر سازماني در رسيدن به اهدافش مي‌باشد. به نوعي مي توان گفت كه كنترل راهبردي به استفاده از معيارهاي دراز‌مدت و راهبردي مرتبط با ارزيابي اقدامات مديريتي و عملكرد اشاره دارد. مبحث كنترل راهبردي- با توجه به پيچيدگي‌هاي آن- از جمله موضوعات مديريتي است كه كمتر از حوزه‌هاي ديگر مورد توجه محققين قرار‌گرفته است؛ به همين دليل، هدف اين پژوهش، ارائه ديدي جامع در حوزه كنترل راهبردي است و به روش مرور نظام‌مند ادبيات انجام پذيرفته است. در ابتدا، جهت ايجاد دركي مشترك از موضوع، تعريف كنترل، انواع كنترل و تفاوت بين ارزيابي، نظارت و كنترل مطرح گرديده و در ادامه، با تمركز بر موضوع كنترل راهبردي، به بررسي مفهوم، الگوها و ديدگاه‌هاي مربوط از منظر نظريه پردازان مختلف داخلي و خارجي و دسته بندي هاي ارائه شده از سوي آنها پرداخته شده است. در انتها نيز پس از بيان مزايا و معايب الگوها و ديدگاه‌ها، پيشنهاداتي براي تحقيقات آتي، ارائه گرديده است.
چكيده لاتين :
Strategic control seeks to realize the elements of the organization’s goals and objectives, focuses on organizational strategies and contributes to the success of any organization in achieving its goals. Strategic control refers to the use of long-term and strategic criteria for evaluating managerial and performance measures. But the topic of strategic control, due to its complexity, is one of the management issues that has received less attention compared with other areas. As a result, the purpose of this study is to provide an overall overview of strategic control area through systematic literature review. First, the article establishes a common understanding of the control topic, the types of control and the difference between evaluation, monitoring, and control, and then focuses on the topic of strategic control and examines the concept, models, and perspectives of different local and foreign external theorists and their proposed categorization. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of models and perspectives are summarized and some suggestions for further research are offered.
