تحليل راهبردي تخلفات رانندگان با رويكرد داده كاوي

Strategic analysis of drivers’ violations by data mining approach

يكي از عوامل بروز تخلفات و حوادث ترافيكي،بي‌توجهي به مقررات راهنمايي ‌و ‌رانندگي است كه با توجه به بافت فرهنگي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي و جغرافيايي جوامع، ميزان و نوع آن متفاوت خواهد بود. آمار بالاي تخلفات ترافيكي و حوادث ناشي از آن در كشور، باعث بروز صدمات جبران‌ناپذيري مي‌گردد كه در اين ميان، عوامل انساني اصلي‌ترين عامل بروز تخلفات قلمداد مي‌گردد. هدف اين تحقيق، تحليل راهبردي تخلفات رانندگان و بررسي ارتباط آن با مشخصات فردي آنان و مراكز صدور گواهينامه با رويكرد داده‌كاوي مي‌باشد. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نوع تحليل محتوا است. جامعه آماري تحقيق، اطلاعات پايگاه داده صدور گواهينامه و اجرائيات و حجم نمونه اطلاعات اين پايگاه‌ها در سال‌هاي 1395 و 1396 شهر تهران است. شيوه تحليل داده‌ها، كشف قوانين انجمني است. نتايج حاصل از اهم قوانين استخراج‌شده بدين شرح است: 1. بين سن و تحصيلات رانندگان و تخلفات رانندگي آنان رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد؛ به‌نحوي كه بيشترين تكرار تخلفات در قوانين كشف‌شده مربوط به رانندگان مرد با مدرك ديپلم و سن 20 سال است؛ 2. بيشترين تكرار تخلف انجام شده، تخلف ورود ممنوع مي‌باشد؛ 3. بين برخي تخلفات رانندگان و برخي آموزشگاه‌هاي رانندگي قوانين رانندگي ارتباط وجود دارد. اغلب قوانين كشف شده موردتأييد كارشناسان راهور است و نتايج حاصل از قوانين، با نظريه‌هاي مربوط به دلايل بروز كج‌رفتاري‌ها و تخلفات انطباق دارد. تحقيق حاضر، متغيرهاي موثر در تخلفات رانندگي را در نظر گرفته‌است؛ بنابراين، مي‌توان شيوه ارائه آموزش به متقاضيان گواهينامه را با توجه به قوانين حاصل، برنامه‌ريزي و از بروز افزايش تخلفات پيشگيري نمود.

One of the factors causing traffic violations and accidents is not paying attention to the traffic rules which will vary depending on the cultural, social, economic and geographical context of societies. The high rate of traffic violations and the resulting accidents in Iran have led to irreparable damage, and human factors are the main cause of these violations. The aim of this study used data mining approach to strategically analyze drivers’ traffic violations and their relationship to their personal characteristics and certification centers.This research is applied in terms of its goals and employs discourse analysis method. The data were gathered from the driving issuance and traffic police databases from 1395 to 1396 in Tehran. The data were analyzed using Association Rules Mining method. The most important extracted rules show: 1. there is a meaningful relationship between drivers’ age and education and their driving violations. According to the data, the most frequent driving violations are related to male drivers who have high-school diploma and are 20 years old, 2. the most frequent driving violations are related to no entry violations, and 3. there is a link between some drivers’ traffic violations and some driving education schools.Most of the above-stated rules are acknowledged by traffic police, and the results are consistent with theories about the causes of traffic violations. The present study considered the variables affecting driving violations and concluded that it is possible to plan the teaching method for the applicants of driving license according to above rules.
