چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحليل عوامل مؤثر در بروز فشارهاي منفي ذي‌نفعان باشگاههاي حرفه اي فوتبال ايران طراحي و اجرا شده است. پژوهش حاضر ازنوع پژوهش‌هاي توصيفي-تحليلي است كه به‌صورت ميداني انجام شده است. جامعة آماري تمامي اعضاي مجمع فدراسيون فوتبال بودند كه براساس انتخاب تمام‌شمار، تمامي آنان به‌عنوان نمونة پژوهش مشخص شدند. براي بررسي و تحليل روش مدلسازي ساختاري-تفسيري از نرم‌افزار ميك‌مك استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه عوامل ابهام در قدرت ذي‌نفعان در باشگاه‌ها، حاشيه‌سازي برخي رسانه هاي جمعي، ناتواني باشگاه ها در پايداركردن منابع اقتصادي خود، مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي پايين مديران، نبود ضرورت و دغدغه در پاسخ‌گويي به ذي‌نفعان در باشگاه‌ها و مشكلات مالي در باشگاههاي ورزشي جزو متغيرهاي مستقل كليدي بودند. با اين توجه مديريت فشارهاي شناسايي شده و كنترل اين فشارها مي تواند ضمن كاهش تنش ها در باشگاه ها، سبب رفع حواشي موجود گردد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to Study the factors affecting the outbreak of negative pressures of stakeholder’s professional soccer clubs of Iran. The present study wasdescriptive analytical that it was done on the fieldbase.The statistical population of the study consisted of all members of the Football Federation Association, the Based on the selection of all the numbers, all members identified as a research sample. In order to investigate and analyze was used the Structural Interpretation Modeling whith use Mic-Mac software. The results of the research also revealed that the factors of ambiguity in stakeholder power in clubs, the marginalization of some mass media, the inability of clubs to stabilize their economic resources, low managerial communication skills, the lack of necessity and concern in responding to stakeholders in the club The existence of financial problems in sports clubs were of the key independent variables. With this in mind, managing the identified pressures and controlling these pressures can alleviate existing stresses while reducing stress in clubs.
