آموزش و ترويج مهارت‌هاي شهروندي از طريق كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي

Training and Promoting Citizenship Skills through Public Libraries

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي تأثير كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي بر آموزش و ترويج مهارت‌هاي شهروندي از ديدگاه مديران كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي بود. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع پپيمايشي-تحليلي بود. جامعه آماري شامل كليه مديران كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي وابسته به نهاد كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي شهر تهران به تعداد 45 نفر در تابستان 1396 بود. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. يافته‌ها: شاخص اهميت آموزش و ترويج مهارت‌هاي شهروندي از سوي كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي و نيز اثرگذاري كتابخانه‌ها در اين زمينه بيشترين پاسخ‌ها را به خود اختصاص داده است. از ميان روش‌ها و شيوه‌هاي مؤثر در ترويج و آموزش مهارت‌هاي شهروندي در كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي از نظر مديران، نمايش كتاب‌هاي مرتبط و برگزاري دورۀ مهارت‌هاي سواد اطلاعاتي از اولويت بيشتري برخوردار بود. نتيجه‌گيري: نهادهاي آموزشي مانند كتابخانه و مراكز اطلاعاتي سهم و نقش بسيار مهمي در ترويج و آموزش مهارت‌هاي شهروندي دارند. همچنين تنوع در ارائه انواع خدمات مي‌تواند در ارتقاي انواع مهارت‌هاي شهروندي مؤثر واقع شود.

Aim: The purpose of this research was determining the impact of public libraries on educating and training of citizenship skills on the viewpoint of the library managers. Methodology: The research method was descriptive analytical survey. The samples were 45 library managers of public libraries from Tehran public libraries affiliated to country’s public libraries institution. The information gathering tool was a researcher made questionnaire. Findings: Self confidant and national and local identity by 1 score, participation in national and local societies by 2, commitment to justice and social justice by 3, learning to recognize and act by 4, familiarity and using new technologies bu 5 scores alternatively re the main priorities of the samples. Conclusion: Results showed that there is a meaningful relationship between different age groups and citizenship skills, there is a meaningful relation between librarian’s educational level and promotion of citizenship skills. Also findings showed that there is not meaningful relationship between longitude of service and influencing the libraries and finally the libraries have an important impact on citizen skills in all aspects. كليدواژه‌ها [English]
