هدف: هدف پژوهش شناسايي و اعتبارسنجي عوامل مؤثر بر اشتراك‌دانش معلمان از طريق فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات ICT)) مي‌باشد. روش‌پژوهش: اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و به روش توصيفي- پيمايشي انجام گرفت. جامعه آماري شامل كليه معلمان زن و مرد شاغل به تحصيل در سال تحصيلي 97-1396 در دوره كارشناسي ناپيوسته پرديس رسالت دانشگاه فرهنگيان زاهدان به تعداد 967 نفر بودند كه براساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان، 140 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه به‌روش تصادفي در دسترس انتخاب شدند. گردآوري داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته انجام شد. روايي ابزار با استفاده از ديدگاه صاحب‌نظران و آزمون تحليل‌عاملي سنجيده و پايايي آن با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 97% محاسبه گرديد. يافته‌ها: آزمون t تك‌نمونه نشان داد تمامي گويه‌ها از ديدگاه معلمان با اهميت ارزيابي شده است. نتايج آزمون t گروه‌هاي مستقل و تحليل واريانس يك‌راهه نشان داد تفاوت معناداري در زمينه عوامل‌فردي (671/2-=t) و عوامل‌سازماني(026/2-=t) وجود دارد. همچنين آزمون توكي تفاوت معناداري بين رشته‌هاي تحصيلي مختلف در زمينه عوامل مؤثر بر اشتراك‌دانش معلمان از طريق فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات را نشان داد. نتيجه‌گيري: معلمان ديدگاه مثبتي نسبت به اشتراك‌گذاري دانش خود از طريق فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات (ICT) دارند. بنابراين مديران آموزش و پرورش بايد با ارزش‌گذاري بر اهميت به اشتراك‌گذاري دانش، آموزش و استفاده از پتانسيل معلمان با تجربه و در اختيار نهادن زيرساخت‌هاي فناوري، به معلمان در به اشتراك‌گذاري دانش خود از طريق فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات كمك نمايند.

Methodology: This research, in terms of purpose, Applied and descriptive-survey method. The statistical population includes all male and female teachers working studying in the academic year of 1396-97 In the Bachelor dissoluteof the Zahedan Faridian University Which numbered 967 people That Based on the Kerjci and Morgan tables, 140 people were selected randomly. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. Also, Tukey's test showed a significant difference between academic disciplines In the context of the factors affecting teachers' knowledge sharing through ICT. Conclusion: Teachers have a positive view of sharing their knowledge through information and communication technology (ICT).
