در اين تحقيق تأثير مكمل غذايي پربيوتيك رافينوز بر عملكرد رشد و شاخص هاي ايمني موكوس در بچه ماهي كپور (Cyprinus carpio) بررسي شد. در اين آزمايش، بچه ماهيان كپور (ميانگين وزني 10 گرم) با جيره‌هاي غذايي حاوي سطوح مختلف پربيوتيك رافينوز شامل صفر (شاهد)، 1، 2 و 4 گرم در كيلوگرم به مدت 8 هفته تغذيه شدند. هر تيمار در 3 تكرار انحام شد.در پايان دوره ي آزمايش نمونه‌برداري موكوس و سنجش پارامترهاي رشد انجام گرفت. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه ميزان ايمونوگلوبولين كل موكوس در ماهيان تيمار شده با رافينوز نسبت به گروه شاهد افزايش معني‌داري داشت (05/0>P) و بيشترين مقدار در تيمار 4 گرم ثبت شد. فعاليت ليزوزيمي در تيمارهاي پربيوتيك در مقايسه با گروه شاهد افزايش يافت، با اين‌حال تفاوت معني‌داري وجود نداشت (05/0

In this research, the effect of peribiotic supplementation of raffinose on the growth performance of Mucus immuno component in Cyprinus carpio was investigated. In this experiment, carps (weighted average 10 grams) were fed diets containing various levels of raffinose peribiotic including zero (control), 1, 2 and 4 g / kg for 8 weeks. Each treatment was submerged in 3 replicates. At the end of the experiment, mucus sampling and growth parameters were measured. The results of the study showed that total mucus immunoglobulin content in treated fish with raffinose was significantly higher than control group (P <0.05) and the highest amount was recorded in 4 g treatments. Lysozyme activity increased in probiotic treatments compared with control group, however, there was no significant difference (P <0.05). In addition, growth parameters (final weight, weight gain, specific growth factor), Food conversion ratio and survival percentage were not significantly different in the treated groups compared to the control group (P <0.05).
