چكيده فارسي :
تحقيق حاضر با هدف تحليل تعامل راهبردهاي توسعه ورزش تربيتي (مطالعه موردي استان كردستان) انجام شد. روش تحقيق توصيفي پيمايشي و از نظر هدف كاربردي بود. جامعه آماري شامل اساتيد مديريت ورزشي دانشگاه‌هاي استان كردستان، مديركل و معاونين اداره كل ورزش و جوانان استان كردستان و معاون تربيت‌بدني و سلامت آموزش‌وپرورش استان بودند. نمونه‌گيري به‌صورت تمام شمار صورت پذيرفت. استراتژي‌هاي ورزش تربيتي استان كردستان با روش دلفي و طي سه مرحله مشتمل بر 9 هدف تعيين و در جدولي ماتريسي به‌صورت پرسشنامه تنظيم و در اختيار نمونه تحقيق قرار گرفت. براي طراحي نقشه استراتژي از روش مدل‌سازي ساختاري-تفسيري استفاده شد. مدل ساختاري تفسيري، يك فرايند يادگيري تعاملي است كه در آن مجموعه‌اي از عناصر مختلف و مرتبط با يكديگر در يك مدل سيستماتيك جامع ساختاربندي مي‌شوند. مدل نهايي چگونگي ارتباط بين اهداف استراتژيك را در پنج سطح نشان داد. طراحي اين نقشه تسهيل گر پياده‌سازي استراتژي‌ها جهت دستيابي به توسعه ورزش تربيتي استان كردستان مي‌باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was to analyze the interaction of development strategies of
educational sport (a case study of Kurdistan province). The research method was
descriptive survey and applied in terms of objectives. The statistical population
consisted of sport management professors of Kurdistan province universities, general
director and deputies of the Kurdistan Sport and Youth general office, as well as the
physical education and health deputy of Education Department in the province.
Sample was selected by census sampling method. The educational sport strategies of
Kurdistan province were determined by the Delphi method in three stages including 9
goals. In a matrix table, a questionnaire was developed and distributed among the
sample. Interpretive structural modeling was used to design a strategic plan.
Interpretive structural model is an interactive learning process in which a set of
different and related elements are structured in a comprehensive systematic model.
The final model showed how the strategic goals were related at five levels. The design
of this plan facilitates the implementation of strategies to achieve the development of
educational sport in Kurdistan province.
