مدل آموزش كارآفريني سازماني از ديدگاه مدرسان مركزهاي آموزش جهاد كشاورزي

The Model of Organizational Entrepreneurship Training from the Viewpoint of Teachers of Agricultural Jihad Training Centers

هدف اصلي اين پژوهش" ارائه مدل آموزش كارآفريني سازماني در مراكز آموزش جهاد كشاورزي" مي باشد. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر شيوه گردآوري داده ها از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي به شمار مي‌آيد.جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل 296 نفر از كارشناسان و مدرسان آموزش و كارآفريني مراكز آموزش جهاد كشاورزي در سال 1398 مي باشند،كه با در نظر گرفتن حجم جامعه و با توجه به بكارگيري آزمون هاي معالات ساختاري و نرم افزار AMOS 24 بصورت تمام شماري استفاده شده است. در اين پژوهش از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 51 گويه اي(برگرفته از پژوهش عزيزي(1389)) استفاده شده كه طي آن ابتدا پرسشنامه مذكور در اختيار 5 نفر از خبرگان مراكز آموزش جهاد كشاورزي قرار گرفت و مولفه هاي اصلي و گويه هاي مرتبط با هر يك از مولفه ها تاييد شد.بر اين اساس روايي ابزار پژوهش با توجه به استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و با توجه به بكارگيري خبرگان ، بصورت صوري به تاييد رسيده است.جهت تأييد پايايي ابزار پژوهش، پس از اخذ و تأييد روايي ابزار پرسشنامه موجود در اختيار 26 نفر از اعضا جامعه مورد پژوهش قرار گرفت و درنهايت پايايي پرسشنامه نيز از طريق روش آلفاي كرونباخ بالاتر از 0.7 محاسبه گرديد.نتايج حاصل از اجراي مدل ساختاري نهايي نشان ميدهد،بالاترين ضريب مسير مربوط به مولفه عوامل مديريتي با ضريب مسير 0.89 و در جايگاه دوم عوامل فني با ضريب مسير 0.87 و در جايگاه سوم رويكردهاي آموزشي با ضريب مسير 0.83 و در جايگاه چهارم محتواي آموزشي با ضريب مسير 0.81 قرار دارد.

The main purpose of this study is to present a model of organizational entrepreneurship training in agricultural Jihad training centers. This study is a descriptive survey in terms of purpose and method of data collection. The statistical population of this study consists of 296 experts of training and entrepreneurship in Agricultural Jihad Training Centers. Taking into account the size of the community and considering the use of structural quiz tests and the AMOS 24 software are used in their entirety. In this study, a 51-item researcher-made questionnaire (extracted from Azizi Research (2010)) was used. At first, the questionnaire was given to 5 experts of agricultural Jihad training centers and the main components and items related to each Component approved. Accordingly, the validity of the research instrument was confirmed by the use of a researcher-made questionnaire and by the use of experts, it was formally confirmed. To confirm the validity of the research instrument, after obtaining and confirming the validity of the questionnaire tool available to 26 community members The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated to be higher than 0.7 by Cronbach's alpha method. The results of the implementation of the final structural model show that the highest path coefficient is related to managerial factors with path coefficient of 0.89, second in technical factors with path coefficient of 0.87 and in third place educational approaches with path coefficient of 0.83 and fourth in educational content with coefficient of path. The route is 0.81.
