The Occupation of Agricultural Graduates: The Analysis of the Students' Attitude of Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University

اشتغال دانش‌آموختگان بخش كشاورزي يكي از مهمترين دغدغه‌هاي جامعه، برنامه‌ريزان و سياست‌گزاران اين بخش در كشور مي‌باشد. در سال‌هاي اخير، بيكاري‌هاي فزاينده‌ي قشر تحصيل‌كرده كشاورزي نگراني‌هاي زيادي را براي دانشجويان رشته‌هاي كشاورزي و خانواده‌هاي آنها ايجاد كرده است، از اين رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش و ارزيابي نگرش و ديدگاه دانشجويان نسبت به آينده شغلي‌شان در سطح دانشگاه علوم كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي ساري اجرا شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي– همبستگي بوده و از فن پيمايش و ابزار پرسشنامه براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها آن استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري شامل كليه دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي ساري در مقاطع تحصيلي مختلف (2770=N) بوده كه يك نمونه 321 نفري از آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه­ بندي ­شده تصادفي انتخاب شدند. روايي پرسشنامه به‌وسيله متخصصان ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي مورد تأييد قرار گرفت و براي سنجش پايايي مقياس­ هاي پرسشنامه از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد (دامنه 0/723–0/881). نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه نگرش دانشجويان نسبت به آينده شغلي در بخش كشاورزي در سطح متوسط بود. همچنين، نتايج آزمون‌هاي مقايسه ميانگين نشان داد كه نگرش دانشجويان دختر و پسر، نگرش دانشجويان دانشكده‌هاي مختلف و دانشجويان با وضعيت شغلي مختلف نسبت به آينده شغلي‌شان تفاوت آماري معني‌داري نداشت كه اين نتيجه حاكي از فرصت‌هاي شغلي متناسب براي جنسيت‌هاي مختلف و رشته‌هاي تحصيلي متفاوت دارد. دانشجوياني كه حداقل آشنايي با رشته تحصيلي كشاورزي قبل از ورود به دانشگاه داشتند، نگرش مساعدتري نسبت به آينده شغلي در بخش كشاورزي داشته و ديدگاه روشن‌تري نسبت به فرصت‌هاي شغلي پيش رو داشتند. نتايج تحليل رگرسيوني داده‌ها حاكي از آن بود كه نگرش دانشجويان نسبت به آينده شغلي‌شان تحت تأثير متغيرهاي حمايتي (ميزان موافقت و حمايت اطرافيان از رشته تحصيلي) و تحصيلي (ميزان مواجهه با مشكلات در دانشگاه، ميزان مطالعه درسي و سابقه حضور در دانشگاه) مي‌باشد

The growth and development of any society requires the optimal utilization of its educated human resources. Agricultural students and graduates as specialists in agricultural sector are the main stimulus of agricultural development in the country. The occupation of agricultural graduates is one of the most important concerns of society and plicymakers. The increasing unemployment rate of the university graduates has raised many concerns for agricultural students and their families. Therefore, present research was conducted with the aim of assessing students' attitudes toward the future of occupation in agricultural sector, in Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University. Present research is a descriptive- correlational study and survey method with questionnaire was used to collect data. The statistical population of the study was all students of Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University ( students). A sample of students were selected using stratified random sampling. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts in agricultural extension and education and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to measure the reliability of the questionnaire scales (ranged . – . ). The study results revealed that students' attitude toward the future of occupation in agricultural sector was in average. Moreover, the results of mean comparison tests showed that there was no significant difference between male and female students, students of different faculties and students with different job situation regarding their attitudes toward the future of occupation in agriculture. But students who had at least an acquaintance with the agriculture filed before entering the university had a more favorable attitude toward the future of the agricultural sector. The results of regression analysis showed that students' attitudes towards future of occupation in agriculture are affected by the degree of the related people agreement with their choice of the field of agriculture, the degree of facing with problems at the university, the amount of studying and the duration of attending the university.
