ارزشيابي كيفيت خدمات آموزش درس كارآفريني با استفاده از الگو سروكوال (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه علوم كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي گرگان)

Evaluation of the Quality of Educational Services in Entrepreneurship Course,Using SERVQUAL Model (Case Study: Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources)

ضرورت توجه به ارائه با كيفيت و كاربردي درس كارآفريني جهت خوداشتغالي دانشجويان رشته­ هاي علوم كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي در دانشگاه­ ها حائز اهميت مي­ باشد. هدف تحقيق حاضر ارزشيابي كيفيت خدمات آموزش درس كارآفريني دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي گرگان بود. جامعه آماري تحقيق 168 نفر از دانشجويان در سال 98 بودند كه درس كارآفريني را گذرانده بودند و به­ عنوان نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از فرمول كوكران و با روش نمونه­ گيري تصادفي طبق ه­اي، حجم نمونه 120 نفر تعيين شد. ابزار تحقيق پرسشنامه استاندارد سروكوال بود كه روايي آن از سوي اعضاي هيات علمي گروه ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي دانشگاه علوم كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي گرگان مورد تاييد قرار گرفت و پايايي آن با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ بالاي 0/7 به­ دست آمد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ­ها از نرم­ افزار Spss استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد بين ادراك و انتظار دانشجويان در هر پنج بعد پرسشنامه سروكوال شكاف منفي وجود داشته است به ­گونه­ اي كه بيشترين شكاف در بعد تضمين (0/241-) و كمترين شكاف در بعد پاسخگويي (0/158-) وجود داشت. با توجه به يافته ­هاي تحقيق پيشنهاد مي ­شود محيطي جذاب و پويا در كلاس جهت درك و آشنايي بيشتر اساتيد درس، با روحيات و توقعات دانشجويان ايجاد شود. اساتيد جهت تبادل نظر، آشنانمودن دانشجويان با محيط كار و اشتغال در آينده، همدلي و انعطاف­ پذيري در كلاس، دسترسي آسان به اساتيد، اختصاص ساعاتي جهت مشاوره به دانشجويان و ارائه درس به­ شكلي منظم و مرتبط با يكديگر و مشاركت دانشجويان در مباحث درسي مي­توانند ادراكات را در حد انتظار افزايش دهد كه در اين رابطه نظام آموزش عالي را در جهت افزايش كيفيت آموزش كمك نمايد.

It is important to pay attention to the quality and applicability of entrepreneurship courses for self-employment of students of agricultural sciences and natural resources in universities. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of entrepreneurship education services provided by students of Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. The statistical population of the study consisted of students who had completed entrepreneurship course in and were selected as the sample of the study. Using Cochran formula and stratified random sampling, the sample size was persons. The research tool was a standard SERVQUAL questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by faculty members of Agricultural Extension and Education Department of Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. SPSS software was used for data analysis. The results showed that there was a negative gap between students' perception and expectation in all five dimensions of SERVQUAL questionnaire, with the highest gap in guarantee dimension (- ) and the lowest gap in responsiveness (- ). According to the research findings, it is suggested to create an attractive and dynamic classroom environment for students by 'understanding the students' moods and expectations. Teachers to exchange ideas, introduce students to the future workplace and employment, empathy and flexibility in the classroom, easy access to professors, allocate hours for student counseling, and provide regular and interconnected lessons, and student participation in classroom discussions. They can increase perceptions as expected, in which case the higher education system will improve the quality of education.
