مقايسه برنامه آموزشي مقطع كارشناسي ارشد پرستاري مراقبت هاي ويژه در ايران و ملبورن استراليا و ارائه راه كارهاي پيشنهادي براي ارتقاء در ايران: يك مطالعه توصيفي- تطبيقي

Comparative Study of Master’s Critical Care Nursing Program in Iran and Melbourne, Australia and Strategies for Promotion in Iran

مقدمه: امروزه مطالعات تطبيقي به عنوان يكي از بهترين شيوه ­هاي تحقيقاتي در امور آموزشي و برنامه ­ريزي مورد توجه پژوهشگران مي ­باشد، چرا كه در آن تفاوت­ها وشباهت­ هاي نظام­هاي آموزشي به منظور كشف نقاط قوت و ضعف بررسي مي­ شود. روش كار: در مطالعه توصيفي تطبيقي كه در سال 1397 در دانشگاه علوم پزشكي سمنان انجام شد، داده‌هاي مورد نياز درباره تازه‌ترين برنامه آموزش كارشناسي ارشد پرستاري از راه جستجو در اينترنت و با مروري بر تاريخچه و جزئيات برنامه درسي دوره كارشناسي ارشد پرستاري ويژه ايران و دانشكده پرستاري استراليا كسب گرديد. داده­ ها با استفاده از الگوي بردي در چهار مرحله توصيف، تفسير، همجواري و مقايسه مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: اهداف، باورها، رسالت و نقشها در هر دو دانشگاه شباهت داشت. ضوابط ورود به دوره در ايران داشتن مدرك كارشناسي، سابقه كارباليني و قبولي در آزمون مي­باشد. در استراليا علاوه بر آن، داشتن مدرك دوره ­هاي آموزشي كمك ­هاي اوليه و مدرك زبان ضروري است. در استراليا برخلاف ايران امكان گذراندن دوره بصورت پاره وقت نيز وجود دارد. از سوي ديگر دانشجويان واحدهاي درسي آموزشي روش تدريس را نگذرانده­ اند، اما به عنوان عضو هيئت علمي در مراكز آموزشي و دانشگاه­ها به كار گمارده مي­ شوند. نتيجه ­گيري: به كارگيري روش ­هاي پاره وقت براي پذيرش دانشجو، طراحي برنامه­ هاي آموزشي تكميلي جهت تربيت مدرسين، ارائه كريكولوم متمم متناسب با نياز جامعه و بيماري­ هاي شايع محل خدمت براي بهبود برنامه كارشناسي ارشد ويژه پرستاري در ايران پيشنهاد مي­ شود.

Introduction: Nowadays, comparative studies are considered by researchers as one of the best research methods in educational affairs and planning, because the differences and similarities of educational systems are studied in order to explore strengths and weaknesses. This study aimed to compare master's degree curriculum of the Iranian critical care nursing with the Australian Melbourne School of Nursing. Methods: In this descriptive-comparative study conducted in Semnan University of Medical Sciences in 2019, the required data on the latest master's degree curriculum of critical care nursing was acquired through internet search and a review of the history and details of the curriculum in Iran and faculty of nursing in Australia. The data were analyzed using Bereday’s model in four stages: description, interpretation, juxta position and comparison. Results: Master's degree curriculum of the critical care nursing in Iran has defined philosophy, values, position. The requirements for entering the course in Iran are having a bachelor's degree, clinical experience and passing the entrance exam. In Australia, in addition to these, it is essential to have a certificate of first-aid training course and language proficiency. In Australia, unlike in Iran, there is also the possibility of part-time courses. On the other hand, although these graduates don’t pass the teaching methods courses, they are employed as faculty members in educational centers and universities. Conclusions: Using a part time methods for admitting student, designing an educational program for training teachers, providing complementary curricula to the needs of the community and common diseases in the service place are offered to improve master of critical care nursing program in Iran.
