تعاملات ژئوپلتيك جمهوري اسلامي ايران با آسياي مركزي و تاثير آن بر امنيت ملي كشور

The geopolitical cooperation between Islamic republic of Iran and the central Asia and effect of that to the national security

تحولات سال 1991 ميلادي در اتحاد جماهير شوروي سابق كه منجر به استقلال جمهوريهاي آسياي مركزي(CSI) گرديد ، براي جمهوري اسلامي ايران از اهميت ويژهاي برخوردار است . زيرا بستر مناسبي براي نزديكي بيشتر در راستاي تعاملات ژئوپلتيكي ايران و آسياي مركزي فراهم آمده است . بحث رژيم حقوقي درياي خزر و تاثيرات اين دريا در زندگي انسانهاي ساكن در پنج جمهوري حاشيه خزر نيز از تعاملات ژئوپلتيكي معنا و مفهوم خاصي پيدا ميكند و لازم است كه ج.ا.ا با ساير كشورهاي ساحلي به نتيجه قابل قبولي دست يابد . ج.ا.ا با وضعيت خاص خود به دليل دارا بودن نقش بارز ژئواكونوميكي ، ژئوكالچر و ساير مولفههاي موجود ميتواند در زمينه صدور انرژي نفت و گاز منطقه از طريق مسير ايران و در تعاملات فرهنگي منطقه نقش مهمي ايفا نمايد و از آثار و تبعات منفي ناشي از حضور كشورهاي فرا منطقهاي به ويژه غرب در كشورهاي آسياي مركزي و قفقاز بكاهد و همچنين در زمينه جلوگيري از قاچاق كالا و مواد مخدر و نيز استرداد مجرمين همكاري نمايد و خلاصه ، احترام متقابل به ارزشهاي ملي و ميهني ، مسافرت مقامات اين كشورها به يكديگر ، تقويت نمايندگيهاي سياسي و توجه ويژه به امر صادرات و واردات كالا و خدمات در راستاي منافع ملي ما خواهد بود .

The movement during the years 1991 before soviet unio‎n that land the independence central Asian republic (CIS) it is very important for the Islamic republic of Iran because of we close more to these countries in geopolitical section . the argument of Caspian sea regime and the effect of this sea about the people that live in literal state (five state).it is necessary that the five countries to cooperate with each other . Islamic republic of Iran in geo-economics , geo-culture and other factors as exporting petrol and gas of the central Asia through Iran to the European countries this kind of cooperating cause that to prevent from the influence America and Western countries and also for preventing drug traffickers and delivering criminal persons in the both side of the borders . an‎d also respecting to the national value , and traveling responsible person in being level to countries and also imperilment the political reaper sensitive and special attention to import and export goods for preparing our national benefit .and also it is very necessary for us to take very strong steps a lout short time and long time strategic for improve our national benefit , the Turkmenistan is just like a window for in trance to the central Asian countries to the free world and the warm water . finally the importance of these factors are very important for both side in the region and the world and the being success needs the effort for all this countries
