توسعه پايدار به‌كارگيري فناوري­‌هاي منطبق با محيط زيست و بدون آلودگي از مهم‌ترين روش­‌ها است. بازسازي و توسعه بافت‌هاي تاريخي به جامعه محلي كمك مي­‌كند تا نگاهي مثبت به توسعه اقتصادي خودشان داشته باشند. بافت‌هاي قــديمي بــه عنــوان بخــش ­هــاي‌ مهمــي از شــهر نشــان‌ دهنــده‌­ي هويــت شهرند. بافت‌هاي كهـن و مجموعـه­ هــاي تــاريخي در يـك شـهر بـر پايـه ارتبـاط و پيونـدي منطقــي خلــق شــده­انــد كــه ايــن از خصوصــيات معمــاري ســنتي ايــران اســت. هدف اصلي اين مقاله عبارت است از بررسي و تحليل مديريت شهري بافت‌هاي تاريخي شهرهاي ايران به ويژه بافت تاريخي شهر شيراز با توجه به شرايط فرهنگي و محيطي آن‌ها در راستاي توسعه پايدار. بافت تاريخي شهرها و به ويژه شهر شيراز از اهميت فراواني برخوردار است به نحوي كه مي­توان گفت هويت شيراز ويلاهاي اطراف شيراز نيست بلكه بافت قديم و تاريخي آن است؛ بنابراين مديريت شهري و توسعه پايدار بافت تاريخي شهر از اهميت بسيار بالايي برخوردار است. با توجه به اين مقدمه سؤالي كه در اين مقاله مطرح مي ­شود اين است كه با توجه به شرايط فرهنگي و محيطي بافت‌هاي تاريخي شهرها ايران و به ويژه شهر شيراز مديريت شهري بافت‌هاي تاريخي شهرها بايستي چگونه انجام شود كه توسعه پايدار همساز با فرهنگ و شرايط محيطي را به وجود آورد؟ نتايج اين مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كه بـا توجه به ويژگي­ هاي‌ بافت‌ تاريخي‌ ازجمله وجود فضاها‌ و عناصر‌ داراي ارزش در كنار‌ و تقابل‌ بـا فـضاها و عناصر فاقد ارزش كه افت كيفيت بافت­، افـزايش فـرسودگي و نـاكارآمدي را بر‌ بافت‌ تحميل كرده‌اند، وضعيت نـاپايداري را‌ در‌ ابـعاد گوناگون‌ در‌ بافت­ هاي مذكور باعث شده­اند. ازاين رو چنانچه مديريت بافت تـاريخي بـا استفاده بهينه از‌ اركان‌ خود بتواند در جهت ساماندهي فـضاها‌ و عـناصر‌ داخـل‌ بافت‌ اقدام‌ كند و ويژگي‌هاي داراي‌ ارزش‌ را بـرجسته نـمايد، به فرآيند پايداري محله‌اي و اهداف شهر پايدار كمك مي­كند. روش اين پژوهش توصيفي- تحليلي است. روش جمع‌آوري داده‌ها نيز كتابخانه‌اي و نيز استفاده از مقالات علمي- پژوهشي است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات فيش‌برداري و استفاده از جداول و نمودارها و نيز نقشه‌ها است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات فيش‌برداري و استفاده از جداول و نمودارها و نيز نقشه‌ها است.

Sustainable development of the use of environment-friendly and non-polluting technologies is one of the most important methods. Reconstruction and development of historical textiles will help the local community to have a positive look at their own economic development. The main objective of this paper is to analyze and analyze the urban texture of the historical textures of Iranian cities, especially the historical context of Shiraz, considering their cultural and environmental conditions for sustainable development.
