چكيده فارسي :
اختلالات در شركت ها ممكن است از سوي مشتريان، تامين كنندگان و عوامل ديگر زنجيره تامين باشد كه باعث بروز آسيب هايي همچون هزينه هاي بالاتر، عملكرد ضعيف، فروش از دست رفته، سود كمتر، ورشكستگي و غيره در زنجيره تامين مي شود. براي جلوگيري از اين آسيب ها و بهبود عملكرد، ايجاد تاب - آوري در زنجيره تامين به فعاليت مهمي براي شركتها و مديران در زنجيره تامين تبديل شده است. براي دستيابي به اين هدف، شناسايي و بهبود عوامل موثر بر تاب آوري زنجيره تامين براي مديران ضروري است. در اين تحقيق تاثير قابليت هاي پويايي زنجيره تامين بر عملكرد زنجيره تامين با ميانجي گري تاب آوري زنجيره تامين و همچنين تاثيرات مستقيم قابليت هاي پويايي زنجيره تامين بر تاب آوري و عملكرد زنجيره تامين توسط معادلات ساختاري مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد. طبق نتايج، تاثير مثبت قابليت هاي يكپارچگي و انعطاف پذيري بر روي عملكرد زنجيره تامين با ميانجي گري تاب آوري تاييد و تاثير قابليت هاي خارجي بر عملكرد زنجيره تامين با ميانجي گري تاب آوري رد ميشود. همچنين، نتايج تاثيرات مثبت تاب آوري زنجيره تامين و قابليت انعطاف - پذيري بر عملكرد زنجيره تامين و قابليت هاي يكپارچگي و انعطاف پذيري بر تاب آوري را تاييد؛ و تاثيرات مثبت قابليت هاي خارجي بر تاب آوري و قابليت - هاي خارجي و يكپارچگي بر عملكرد زنجيره تامين را رد مي كند.

Disruptions in companies may come from customers, suppliers and other supply chain factors that cause damage such as higher costs, poor performance, lost sales, lower profits, bankruptcy, etc. in the supply chain. In order to prevent these damage and improve performance, creating a supply chain resilience has become an important activity for companies and managers in the supply chain. In order to achieve this goal, identifying and improving the factors affecting supply chain resilience for managers is essential. In this research, the effect of supply chain dynamic capabilities on supply chain performance through supply chain resilience mediation and the direct effects of supply chain dynamics capabilities on supply chain resilience and performance by structural equation have been investigated. According to the results, the positive impact of integration and flexibility capabilities on supply chain performance was confirmed by the mediation of the resilience, and the impact of external capabilities on supply chain performance is rejected through mediation of resilience. In addition, the results confirm the positive effects of supply chain resilience and Flexibility capability on supply chain performance, and the integration and flexibility capabilities on resilience; and accordingly, the positive effects of external capabilities on the resilience, integration and external capabilities of the supply chain performance was rejected.
