The Proportion of Social Exclusion and Urban Poverty among the Homelessness of Tehran

اين مقاله با هدف پيدا كردن رابطه ي فقر شهري و طرد اجتماعي در ميان كارتن خوابهاي شهر تهران انجام شد. پژوهشگر با مصاحبه ي ميداني از كارتن خوابها كه تعداد 12048 نفر در گرمخانه ها به سر مي بردند، اقدام به گردآوري داده نمود. پس از 38 مصاحبه كه به اشباع نظري رسيد، نتايج نشان داد كه سه گروه از كارتن خوابها در چرخه ي طرد اجتماعي و فقر شهري گرفتار آمده اند. گروه اول، به دليل مهاجرت خودخواسته و بدون برنامه ريزي براي پيدا كردن فرصتهاي بهتر زندگي همزمان و در رابطه اي متقابل، طرد اقتصادي و فقر شهري را تجربه كردهاند كه پس از آن به دليل ناسازگاري با مقصد مهاجرت و كمبود روابط سالم، طرد فرهنگي و طرد اجتماعي هم در اين چرخه وارد شده است. گروه دوم، به دليل مهاجرت خانواده با مهاجرتي ناخواسته و اجباري مواجه بودهاند كه سكونت در مناطق آسيبزاي شهر فرصتهاي مناسبي براي تجربه ي موقعيتهاي پرخطر فراهم نموده و در نهايت با طرد خانواده، ابتدا طرد اجتماعي را تجربه كرده اند و به مرور زمان وارد چرخهي فقر و طرد اجتماعي- اقتصادي شده اند. گروه سوم، هرگز طرد اجتماعي را تجربه نكرده بودند و در عين حال از موقعيت اقتصادي و اجتماعي خوبي هم برخوردار بودند كه اعتبار اجتماعي هم به همراه موقعيتهاي مطلوب داشتند. اما سرخوردگي هاي ناشي از شرايط اجتماعي و گاهي انتقام گيري سبب ورود اين افراد به گروه كارتن خوابها بود؛ اين گروه به انزواي اجتماعي و دوري گزيني پناه برده بودند.

This article aimed to find the relationship between urban poverty and social exclusion among the dormancy cartoon in Tehran. the researcher, with the view that social exclusion is not purely economic, while social damage can’t be analyzed solely by antitrust approach, was conducted with a field interview of the homelessness that numbered 12048 They were housed in gardens, they were collected. After 38 interviews that reached theoretical saturation, the results showed that three groups of sleep cartons were caught in a cycle of social exclusion and urban poverty. The first group, due to voluntary and unplanned immigration, to find better opportunities for living together in a reciprocal relationship, economic rejection and urban poverty, which was subsequently due to inconsistencies with the destination of immigration and lack of Healthy relationships, cultural exclusion and social exclusion have also entered into this cycle. The second group faced unwanted and compulsory immigration due to family immigration, which has shown that living in vulnerable areas offers opportunities for experiencing high-risk situations, and ultimately, with family rejection, first experiences social exclusion an‎d have gradually entered the cycle of poverty and social-economic exclusion. The third group never experienced social exclusion, but at the same time enjoyed a good social and economic situation, which had a positive social standing. But frustrations due to social conditions and sometimes revenge led to the entry of these people into the Cartoon Dreams Group, which had sought refuge in social isolation and exclusion.
