نقش مديريت سبز شهري در توسعه گردشگري پايدار محله تجريش

The role of urban green Management in a sustainable tourism development in Tajrish neighborhood

روش پژوهش توصيفي-تحليلي و از لحاظ هدف كاربردي-توسعه اي مي باشد. شيوه نمونه گيري بصورت تصادفي- و حجم جامعه آماري 150 نفر انتخاب شده است. روش جمع آوري اطلاعات به دو كتابخانه اي و ميداني بوده است كه در تحليل داده هاي ميداني از آزمون هاي آلفاي كرون باخ و اسپيرمن، استفاده شده است. از ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ ﻛﻪ، ﭼﻮن ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داري در آزﻣﻮن ﻣﻘﺪار P=0 ، ﻳﻌﻨﻲ از ﻣﻘﺪار 0,05 ﻛﻮﭼﻜﺘﺮ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ سپس پايايي بين گويه‌ها از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ مورد آزمون قرار گرفت آلفاي به دست آمد 0/71 است كه نشان‌دهنده پايايي خوبي است. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ ﻓﺮض ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﺎﻳﻴﺪ ﻣﻲ ﮔﺮدد. در خصوص تحليل پايداري اجتماعي محله تجريش با توجه به آناليز داده ها مي توان بيان كرد با وجود قدمت محله تجريش و حس تعلق مكاني و هويت محله شاخص اجتماعي پايداري در محله با امتياز 3/53 بيشترين افزايش را نسبت به ديگر شاخص ها داشته است و اين متأثر ازمكان هايي است كه افراد يك محله را گرد هم جمع مي نمايد. از نظر نقطه ضعف پايداري اجتماعي در محله تجريش شاخص ميزان رضايت از زندگي با امتياز 2 به دليل شرايط ناپايدار اقتصادي و معيشتي در كشور و نبود برنامه ريزي مناسب براي تمامي گروه هاي سني از جمله تفريح، سرگرمي و سلامت پايين تر از حد مورد نظر مي باشدكه نتايح اين بررسي بيان مي دارد كه نقش مديريت يكپارچه شهري مي تواند مشكلات شهري را رفع نموده و در صورتيكه مديريت شهري با شاخص هاي مديريت سبز شهري هم راستا گردد با توجه به موقعيت و پتانسيل موجود گردشگري محله تجريش مديريت سبز مي تواند گردشگري پايدار را در محله ايجاد نمايد.

In this regard, the neighboring neighborhoods of Tajrish were selected as a case study, the first urban management was studied in these neighborhoods, and the green management indicators were studied and finally the effect on the neighborhood tourism was evaluated. What is more all in this sustainability is the participation rate of the community is of the most important cases of achieving the participation of civil institutions and political parties, which is the only development of the researcher as freedom, the research method is descriptive-analytic and in terms of applied-development purpose. The method of sampling was randomly-and the statistical population of 150 people was selected. The method of collecting data in two libraries and fields has been used in analyzing field data of Cronbach's α and Spearman Alpha. The findings of this study showed that, because the significant level of P = 0, the amount of 0, 05 smaller, then the reliability between the items was tested through Cronbach's alpha was obtained by Alpha 0.71, which indicates a good reliability. Therefore, the assumption of research is confirmed. In regard to analysis of the social sustainability of Tajrish neighborhood, according to the data analysis, it can be stated that, despite the history of Tajrish neighborhood and the sense of spatial belonging and identity of the social index of sustainability in the neighborhood with the score of 53.3, has had the highest increase compared to other indicators and this is influenced by People gather a community together.
