زمينه و هدف: قضاوت عادلانه به عنوان يكي از معيارهاي اساسي در دادرسي حقوقي مورد توجه نظام‌هاي حقوقي مختلف است. در همين راستا، بررسي عوامل شخصي و رواني قاضي و محيط اجتماعي مي‌تواند به عنوان عوامل تأثيرگذار دادرسي حقوقي مورد توجه قرار گيرند. هدف اصلي مقاله حاضر، بررسي نقش اخلاق قضايي در دادرسي حقوقي است. مواد و روش‌ها: به منظور بررسي تأثير اخلاق قضايي بر دادرسي حقوقي از رويكرد توصيفي ـ تحليلي استفاده شده است. در همين راستا به كارگيري رويكرد تحليلي نيازمند جمع‌آوري اطلاعات و داده‌ها از منابع مختلف است كه به شيوه اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي نسبت به انجام آن اقدام شده است. يافته‌ها: مهم‌ترين يافته‌هاي پژوهش بر اين اساس است كه اخلاق قضايي در حين دادرسي مي‌تواند به انحاي مختلف بر فرايند دادرسي اثرگذار باشد. بر اين اساس، قاضي در حين دادرسي و در زمان حكم دادن ميتواند به طور مستقيم و غير مستقيم تحت تأثير فشارهاي دروني و بيروني، همچون هيجانات، مشغله‌هاي فكري، شرايط اجتماعي، جوسازي رسانه‌اي و حتي فساد اخلاقي و مالي قرار گيرد. نتيجه‌گيري: پويايي اخلاق قضايي در پرتو اين راه‌كارها، از جمله ارشاد توسط قضات و تحصيل دليل قضات، مستقيماً بر اصحاب دعواي مدني تأثير مي‌گذارد و متعاقباً نتايج سودمندي از جمله صدور آراي ملموس و كاهش تعدد دعاوي و جلوگيري از اطاله دادرسي را منجر گردد.
