چكيده فارسي :
روند رو به رشد جمعيت و شهرنشيني و بروز مشكلات متعدد اقتصادي، اجتماعي و زيستمحيطي از يكسو و ناكارآمد بودن روش هاي مديريت و كنترل توسعه شهري، جهت رفع مشكلات و تنگناهاي مذكور از سوي ديگر، شهرهاي نابسامان را خلق نموده است. بدون شك يكي از اصلي ترين علت هاي ايجاد چنين نابساماني ها و ناپايداري ها، چالش هاي مديريتي است و در اين ميان، نبود مديريت يكپارچه شهري يكي از علت هاي اساسي تمامي مسائل و مشكلات مي باشد. توسعه و گسترش شهر ايذه نيز كه متاثر از رشد جمعيت و مهاجرت روستاييان حوزه نفوذ به اين شهر است، شيوه مديريت شهري در اين شهر را دچار مشكلات فراواني كرده است. در اين راستا اين پژوهش به ارزيابي عملكرد مديريت شهري در پايداري شهري شهر ايذه پرداخته است. روش پژوهش به كارگرفته شده از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و از لحاظ ماهيت، توصيفي-تحليلي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل شهروندان و كارشناسان شهري (شوار و شهرداري) است كه بر اساس آخرين سرشماري جمعيت اين شهر برابر 122013 نفر است. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول كوكران برابر با 383 نفر مي‌باشد. براي بررسي ديدگاه شهروندان پرسشنامه‌اي در قالب 5 شاخص از جمله: اجتماعي-فرهنگي، اقتصادي، كالبدي-فيزيكي، سياسي و زيست محيطي طراحي گرديد. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از تحليل‌هاي آماري در فضاي نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل از پرسشنامه نشان داد كه پايداري مديريت شهري مربوط به هر شاخص، كمتر از ارزش ميانگين مي باشد و سطح معني داري(sig) نيز تأييد كننده آن است. بنابراين براساس نظرات شهروندان پايداري شاخص هاي مديريت شهري در وضعيت نامناسبي قرار دارد. تفاوت بدست آمده از ميانگين شاخص ها گوياي آن است كه پايداري مديريت شهري از سطح متوسط به پايين است و در وضعيت كنوني مديريت شهري ايذه مطابق ميل هيچكدام از دو گروه شهروندان و كارشناسان نيست.

The trend of population growth and urbanization, and various problems associated with economic, social
and environmental on the one hand and ineffective management of, and control urban development, to solve the
problems and bottlenecks on the other hand, has created chaotic cities. Without a doubt one of the main reasons for
creating such chaos and instability challenges in management and in the meantime, the lack of an integrated urban
management is one of the underlying causes of all the problems. Ize the development of the city as well as the
impact of population growth and rural migration to the city's sphere of influence, urban management practices in
this town has many problems. In this regard, this study is to evaluate the performance of Ize city's urban management
in urban sustainability. The research method employed in terms of the purpose in nature is cross-sectional. The
study population included citizens and urban experts (municipal council) that according to the latest census, the
population of 122 013 people. The sample size is based on a sample of 383 people. The sample size of the experts
was 40. To survey the views of citizens in the form of a questionnaire 5 indicators such as: socio-cultural, economic,
physical-physical, environmental, political and was designed. In order to analyze the data, SPSS statistical analysis
software is used in space. The results of the questionnaire, the sustainability of urban management related to each
indicator, the average value is less than the significance level (sig) also confirms it. So based on the opinions of
citizens in urban sustainability management indicators are at a disadvantage. The difference from the mean of
indexes suggests that Sustainable urban management of moderate to low level and the current status of Ize city not
liking any of the two groups of citizens and expert.
