از "استعدادبرتر" تا "مرجع‌شدن": مفهوم‌سازي نوين دربستر حمايت‌ ‌دانشگاهي

زمينه‌و‌هدف: رشداقتصادي و رفاه‌ملت‌ها به‌سرمايه‌انساني آنان وابسته است. سرمايه‌انساني متشكل‌از فراگيران بااستعداد بوده و پرورش ايشان تا دستيابي به ﻣﺮﺟﻌﯿﺖ‌ﻋﻠﻤﯽ نيازمند ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ و ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ‌رﯾﺰي راﻫﺒﺮدي است. هدف اين پژوهش تبيين مراتب رسيدن‌به مرجعيت‌علمي در سطح‌فردي است. همچنين به‌نمونه اقداماتي اشاره مي‌كنيم كه دانشگاه‌ها مي‌توانند براي پرورش دانشجويان بااستعداد انجام دهند تا بتوانند مراتب ارتقاء‌فردي به‌سمت مرجع‌بودن را طي نمايند. ‍ روش‌بررسي: اين مطالعه به شيوه مدل‌سازي در مطالعات كيفي (Qualitative research model building) هدايت شده است. يافته‌ها: مراتب ارتقاء فردي را در 5 دسته قرار داده‌ايم. استعدادبرتردر ارتباط با هوش‌قوي‌وخدادادي به‌همراه فراهم‌بودن زمينه‌تقويت آن در طول‌تحصيل معنا مي‌يابد. استعدادان‌برتري كه باپشتكار فردي و حمايت سيستم، مهارت‌ها و دانشي ممتاز را كسب نمايند را با واژه خبره مي‌شناسيم. فرد خبره‌اي كه تحت‌شرايطي بتواند خدمتي برتر بيافريند را در زمره نخبگان تعريف مي‌گردد. سرآمدان زمينه بهره‌مندي ديگران از دانش و مهارتش را فراهم مي‌آورند، در اين طبقه شكل‌گيري قطب‌ها و پيشتازي در علم و دانش مطرح مي‌گردد. در صورتي كه ممتازبودن و يكتايي فردي براي ديگران شناخته شده و مورد احترام باشد فرد به سطح مرجعيت علمي رسيده است. در اين سطح اخلاق و منش‌حرفه‌اي بسيار حائز اهميت مي‌گردد. ازآنجا كه دانش و دانشمند، از محصولات دانشگاه‌ها مي‌باشند، سياستگذاران و مديران دانشگاهي به‌گونه‌اي برنامه‌ريزي نمايند تا در يك بستر حمايتي، افراد با‌استعداد براساس تلاش خود در مسير رشد علمي قدم بردارند. نتيجه‌گيري: دراين‌مطالعه، مدلي‌مفهومي كه مسير ارتقاء فردي را به‌تصويربكشد وواژگان را در هرسطح به‌خوبي تبيين نمايد ترسيم كرده‌ايم. براساس مدل ارائه شده، هر فرد در نظام آموزش‌عالي، مي‌تواند همزمان با كسب علم‌و‌تجربه در رشته و تخصص مربوطه، خود را به‌صفاتي آراسته نمايد كه علاوه برتاثيرگذاري‌موفق در جامعه و خارج از مرزهاي‌كشور، به‌گونه‌اي جاودان بماند كه آيندگان نيز به حضور او دركشور افتخار نمايند. همچنين به‌راهكارهايي كه زمينه‌سازوارتقاء‌دهنده رشداستعدادها، دردانشگاه‌هاي‌كشور باشد اشاره شده است.

Background and objective: The economic growth and the well-being of nations depend on their human capital. Human capital is made up of talented learners, and training them to achieve scientific authority requires management and strategic planning. We aimed to define the steps for attaining scientific authority at the individual level. We also mention examples of how universities can work to nurture gifted students so that they can be promoted to a higher level of reference and authority. Methods and Materials: This study was performed using qualitative research model building. Results: Personal growth was divided into five categories. Talent is defined as God-given intelligence alongside providing the basis for strengthening it during education. We use the term “expert” to refer to a person who has excellent individual skills and system support. An expert who can create superior service under certain conditions is defined as an elite. Leaders provide the ground for others to benefit from their knowledge and skills. In this category, the formation of poles and leadership in science and knowledge are discussed. If individual excellence and unity are known and respected by others, the individual has reached the level of scientific authority. At this level, ethics and professionalism become very important. Because knowledge and science are the products of higher education, policymakers and university administrators plan in such a way that, in a supportive context, talented individuals can take steps toward scientific growth based on their own efforts. Conclusion: In this study, we have drawn up a conceptual model that illustrates the path of individual development and explain related words well at every level. Based on the proposed model, each person in the higher education system, while acquiring experience and knowledge in the relevant field and specialization, can adorn himself with qualities that, in addition to successful influence in society and outside the country, will remain immortal so that future generations can be proud of his presence in the country. It also mentions the ways in which the field of education and development is developing in the universities of the country.
