شناسايي و مدل‌سازي عوامل موثر بر كيفيت سامانه‌هاي جامع آموزشي مطالعه موردي: دانشگاه جامع علمي كاربردي

Identification and modeling of factors affecting the quality of comprehensive educational systems, Case Study: University of Applied Science & Technology

سامانه‌هاي جامع آموزشي دانشگاهي، جايگاه مهم و كليدي در نظام آموزش عالي كشور داشته و نقش مهمي در پاسخگويي به تقاضاي فزاينده خدمات در مجموعه‌هاي آموزش عالي، افزايش رضايتمندي، بهبود بهره‌وري ارايه خدمات و توسعه دولت الكترونيك ايفا مي‌كنند. اين سامانه‌هاي اطلاعاتي، امروزه به يكي از اجزاي جدايي ناپذير صنعت آموزش تبديل شدهاند و ارتقاي مداوم آنها لازمه توسعه كمي و كيفي تحصيلات عالي در كشور به حساب مي‌آيد. بر اين اساس، وجود مدلهايي كه بتواند به صورت دوره‌اي، كيفيت اين سامانه‌ها را ارزيابي نموده و شكافهاي احتمالي را در جهت ارتقاي اين سامانه‌ها آشكار سازد، ضرورتي اجتناب ناپذير است. هدف اين مقاله، ارايه يك مدل ارزيابي كيفيت سامانه‌هاي جامع آموزشي است كه بر اساس آن امكان سنجش و ارتقاي دائمي اين سامانه‌ها فراهم آيد. در اين راستا، با مرور جامع ادبيات موضوع، معيارهاي ارزيابي سامانههاي جامع آموزشي شامل محتوا، انعطاف‌پذيري، سهولت كاربري، خدمات كاربري، ساختار تشكيلاتي و شكل ظاهري شناسايي و به همراه 42 شاخص زيرمجموعه با نظر خبرگان نهايي شد. با طراحي پرسشنامه نيمه‌ساختاريافته به صورت مطالعه موردي در دانشگاه جامع علمي كاربردي، اهميت و ارتباط ميان شاخص‌ها و عوامل بررسي و با استفاده از روش تحليل عاملي تاييدي، روايي سازه‌ها مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. سپس با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاري ارتباط ميان عوامل، مدل‌سازي شد. نتايج بررسي نشان مي‌دهد كه عوامل شكل ظاهري، سهولت و خدمات كاربري و انعطاف‌پذيري به صورت مستقيم و عوامل محتوا و ساختار تشكيلاتي به صورت غيرمستقيم بر كيفيت سامانه‌هاي جامع آموزشي، تاثيرگذار است.

Academic comprehensive educational systems have important role in the country's higher education system and play an important role in responding to the increasing demand for services in higher education colleges, increasing satisfaction, improving service productivity for the development of e-government. These information systems have become an integral part of the education industry today, and their continuing promotion is necessary for the development of the quality and quantity of higher education in the country. Accordingly, the existence of models that can periodically assess the quality of these systems and reveal potential gaps in order to promote these systems is inevitable. The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive quality assessment system for comprehensive educational systems that allows for the continuous measurement and upgrading of these systems. In this regard, through comprehensive literature review, the criteria for evaluating comprehensive educational systems including content, flexibility, ease of use, user services, organizational structure, and apparent form were identified, along with 42 subscriber indexes with final experts opinion. By designing a semi-structured questionnaire in the form of a case study in Applied Scientific University, the importance and relevance of the indicators and factors were investigated. Using confirmatory factor analysis, the validity of the constructs was tested. Then, using the structural equation method, the relationship between factors was modeled. The results of the study show that the factors of appearance, convenience and user services and flexibility are directly affected by the content and organizational structure indirectly affect the quality of comprehensive educational systems.
