عملكرد وزيران كرماني و نقش آنها در ديوان سالاري تيموريان با تكيه بر دوران ابو سعيد و سلطان حسين بايقرا

The performance of Kermani ministers and their role in the Timurid bureaucracy, relying on the era Abu Sa'id and Sultan Hussein Beyyara

حضور كرمانيان در حكومت تيموريان سبب شد تا نقش آنان در تشكيلات حكومت سلطان ابو سعيد تيموري(873-855ق) و سلطان حسين بايقرا(911-875ق)نمود بيشتري پيدا كند.بسترهاي مناسب و انگيزه هاي سياسي و فرهنگي وزيران كرماني در هرات جايگاه مناسبي براي ايشان به ارمغان آورد. اما اين پژوهش ضمن بررسي جايگاه وزارت در دوره تيموريان،در پي يافتن پاسخ اين سوال است كه: چه زمينه هايي سبب رشد وزيران كرماني در دربار تيموري شد؟ وچه نقشي در ساختار ديوان سالاري تيموريان داشته اند؟يافته هاي پژوهش نشانگر اين است كه وزيران كرماني به وسيله پدرانشان به امور ديواني آشنا و با توجه به استعداد و لياقت و پشتكاري كه از خود نشان دادند به وزارت راه پيدا كردند و تبحر وعلاقه وزيران به امور فرهنگي ،هنري ،آموزشي و نقش ايشان در اين زمينه باعث ايجاد شكوفايي فرهنگ و هنر در جامعه تيموري شد. رويكرد مقاله تاكيد برتبيين تحليلي با اتكا به شواهد توصيفي بر گرفته از منابع اصلي و تحقيقي ،وبر پايه روش كتابخانه اي است.

The presence of Kermanian in the Timurd rule has increased their role in the the formation of the rule of sultan Abu Saeid Timo rey(855-873 AD) and sultan Hussein Bitarura(875-911AD). Suitable grounds and political and cultural motives of the Kermani ministers in Heart brought them a good place.But this research while investigating the position of the Ministry seeks to answer the question: “What areas led to the growth of Kermani ministers in the Timurid court?” an‎d hat role have they played in the structure of the Timurid bureaucracy? The research findings indicate that the kermani ministers through their fathers were familiar with the affairs of the Divani and in the light of their talents desirability and perseverance Ministers in their cultural artistic and educational affairs and their role in this field brought about the development of culture and art in timurid community. The papers approach emphasizes analytic explanation based on descriptive evidence from the main sources of research and on the library methodology.
