Effect of components of acceptance and trust on graduate students' use of proposal registration and researh affairs through intention in Islamic Azad University of Ahvaz

هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، تحليل مولفه‌هاي پذيرش و اعتماد از طريق قصد بر رفتار استفاده‌ دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي از سامانه‌ ثبت پروپوزال و امور پژوهشي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد اهواز مي‌باشد. پژوهش كاربردي و به لحاظ روش گردآوري داده‌ها توصيفي- پيمايشي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل كليه‌ دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد اهواز مي‌باشد كه از اين تعداد 384 نفر با استفاده از نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي تعيين شد. پرسشنامه‌‌‌ مورد استفاده در پژوهش، با استفاده از پژوهش‌هاي پاپاس و همكاران (متغير قصد استفاده)، گرانت و همكاران (متغير ريسك ادراك شده)، اورسيولي و همكاران (متغيرهاي رفتار استفاده، اعتماد، پيچيدگي، سودمندي ادارك شده، و سهولت دريافتي) تهيه و تنظيم شد كه در اين امر با نظر متخصصان مشورت گرديد. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و نرم‌افزار PLS انجام شد. نتايج حاكي از تاييد فرضيات پژوهش دارد. قصد استفاده از فن آوري بيشترين درصد تأثير را در بين فرضيه ها داشت. بعد از آن به ترتيب اعتماد، رفتار استفاده از فن آوري و اعتماد بر رفتار استفاده بيشترين تاثير را داشتند. قصد استفاده كمترين درصد تأثير را بر رفتار استفاده داشت. مقدار Z براي تاثيرگذاري پذيرش فن‌آوري و اعتماد بر رفتار استفاده با توجه به نقش ميانجي‌گري قصد استفاده نيز به ترتيب 32/3 و 16/3 بدست آمد. براساس نتايج داده‌ها، مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت مؤلفه‌هاي پذيرش و اعتماد بر رفتار دانشجويان در استفاده از سامانه ثبت پروپوزال و امور پژوهشي دانشگاه مؤثر است و قصد استفاده باعث افزيش اين تأثير مي‌شود.

this research is to investigate the effect of acceptance and trust components through the intention of using postgraduate students' behavior from the Proposals registration system and research affairs of Islamic Azad University. The present research is a descriptive-survey method in terms of its purpose and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research includes all graduate students of Ahvaz Islamic Azad University. Of these, 384 people were using stratified sampling and responded to the researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation coefficient and PLS software. Seven hypotheses were investigated in this study. The results indicated that seven hypotheses were examined and approved. The intention to use technology had the highest percentage of impact among assumptions. After that, in the order of trust, the behavior of using technology and trust on the behavior of use had the most impact. The intention was to use the least percentage of impact on behavior. The Z value was 3.32 and 3.16, respectively, to influence the acceptance of technology and trust in the use behavior, considering the role of mediation intent to use. Based on the results of the data, it can be concluded that the acceptance and trust components are effective on the students' behavior in applying the application registration system and research affairs of the university and intend to increase this effect. At the end, practical suggestions were submitted to the directors and relevant authorities in conjunction with assumptions and future research was presented to the researchers.
