بررسي اثر ضد ميكروبي عصاره قارچ گانودرمالوسيدوم بر روي كانديدا آلبيكنس جدا شده از نمونه ريوي

Antifungal effect of ganoderma mushroom extract on Candida albicans isolated from pulmonary specimen

مقدمه و هدف : عفونت كانديديايي در اثر رشد بيش از حد گونه هاي كانديدا به ويژه گونه آلبيكنس درافراد نقص ايمن دستگاه بروز ميكند . اين عفونت ممكن است به درمان مقاوم شود و گاهي هم به صورت مزمن درآيد. با افزايش روز افزون مصرف گياهان دارويي در درمان طبي، اين شاخه از طب مكمل، جايگاه ويژهاي در درمان بيماريها پيدا كرده است. هدف از اين مطالعه مقايسه اثر عصاره قارچ گانودرمالوسيدوم بر رشد قارچ كانديداآلبيكنس جداشده از عفونت ريوي در شرايط آزمايشگاهي و مقايسه آن با سوش استاندارد است مواد و روش‌ها: دراين مطالعه تجربي اثرات ضد قارچي عصاره مورد نظر بر روي كانديدا آلبيكنس بر ميناي استانداردهاي CLSI مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: عصاره مورد نظر اثرات معني داري بر روي مهار كانديداآلبيكنس نشان داد نتيجه گيري: عصاره قارچ گانودرمالوسيدوم تأثيرات ضد قارچي برعليه كانديدا آلبيكانس را نشان داد و مي توان به عنوان جايگزين آنتي بيوتيك در درمان اين نوع عفونت استفاده شود.

Introduction & Objective: Candida infection is caused by overgrowth of Candida species, especially albicans, in immunocompromised individuals. This infection may be resistant to the treatment and sometimes become chronic, as well as sometimes the patients will return to the infection after treatment. Pulmonary aspergillosis is also one of the most important causes of fungal infections in humans and animals and leads to pulmonary infection in immunocompromised individuals. With increasing drug resistance, an attempt to provide antifungal or antimicrobial drugs is needed. The increasing use of medicinal plants in medical treatment, this branch of complementary medicine, has a special place in the treatment of diseases. The aim of this study was to compare the effect of Ganodermalocydom fungus extract on the growth of Candida albicans isolated from pulmonary infections in laboratory conditions and compare them with the standard strain. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, the antifungal effects of the extract on Candida albicans were evaluated based on CLSI standards. Results: The extract had a good effect on Candida albicans inhibition.. Conclusion: Ganoderma fungus extract showed antifungal effects on Candida albicans.
