رابطه بين توانمندي پزشكان و ديدگاه ايشان نسبت به تغيير با ميزان تمايل به پذيرش فنآوري پزشكي از راه دور

The relationship between physicians' capabilities and their attitude to change and their willingness to accept telemedicine technology

مقدمه: امروزه با توجه به گستردگي و پراكندگي جمعيت در سطح كشور، بكارگيري فن‌آوري پزشكي از راه دور توسط پزشكان ضروري است. هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر تعيين رابطه بين توانمندي پزشكان با ميزان تمايل به پذيرش اين فن‌آوري است. روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش هاي تحليلي- پيمايشي بوده و جامعه آماري آن را پزشكان شاغل در مركز آموزشي پژوهشي درماني اميرالمومنين (ع) سمنان تشكيل داده اند. تعداد 40 پرسش نامه قابل استفاده جمع آوري گرديد. براي انجام تحليل هاي آماري و آزمون فرضيه هاي پژوهش (با استفاده از معادلات ساختاري) از دو نرم افزار SPSS 19 و SMARTPLS 2 بتا استفاده شده است. يافته‌ها: يافته هاي پژوهش حاضر نشان داد توانمندي هاي مديريتي (ضريب تاثير 0/141) و فني (ضريب تاثير 0/135) پزشكان اثر مستقيم و معني‌داري بر تمايل به پذيرش فن‌آوري پزشكي از راه دور دارد. همچنين، توانمندي هاي مديريتي (ضريب تاثير 0/335) و مالي (ضريب تاثير 0/211) از طريق تقويت ديدگاه مثبت پزشكان نسبت به تغيير (ضريب تاثير 0/301) بر ميزان تمايل به پذيرش فن‌آوري پزشكي از راه دور اثر غير مستقيم و معناداري داشته است. نتيجه‌گيري: پيشنهاد مي شود متوليان حوزه سلامت و مديران مراكز آموزشي-درماني قبل از اجراي پروژه هاي خدمات پزشكي از راه دور و پيش از سرمايه گذاري در سخت افزار مربوطه، به تقويت توانمندي پزشكان در زمينه توانايي هاي مديريتي، كار با فن‌آوري‌هاي اطلاعاتي و ارتباطي و مهارت هاي مالي و سرمايه گذاري بپردازند. به اين ترتيب، پزشكان ديدگاه مثبتي نسبت به تغيير پيدا كرده و پذيرش كار با اين فن‌آوري از سوي آنها تسهيل مي شود.

Introduction: The extent and distribution of population across the country has made telemedicine technology an effective and comprehensive way to provide health services by physicians. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the capabilities of physicians and their willingness to accept telemedicine technology. Methods: The population of this analytical-survey study, consists of physicians in Amiralmomenin Therapeutic Research Training Center, Semnan. A questionnaire was used to collect data which were then analyzed using SPSS 19 and SMARTPLS 2 (beta) to test the research hypotheses . Results: There was a statistically significant positive and direct relationship between the managerial [path coefficient: 0.141] and technical [path coefficient: 0.135] capabilities of physicians and their willingness to accept telemedical technology. In addition, managerial [path coefficient: 0.335] and financial [path coefficient: 0.211] capabilities have an indirect and significant effect on the degree of willingness to accept telemedicine technology through strengthening the physicians’ viewpoint about the change. [path coefficient: 0.301.] Conclusion: It is recommended that health care administrators and managers of medical education centers, prior to the implementation of telemedicine medical services and investment in related hardware, increase the capabilities of physicians through strengthening their abilities in management, working with information and communications technology, finance and investment. This will improve the attitude of physicians towards change, and facilitates the acceptance of technology.
