چكيده فارسي :
افشاي اطلاعات شامل تجزيه و تحليل مديريت، يادداشت هاي همراه گزارشگري مالي و گزارشات مكمل است. نظريه هاي مختلفي براي توضيح افشاء استفاده شده است. اين نظريه ها عبارتند از تئوري نمايندگي، تئوري علامت دهي، تئوري نياز سرمايه، تئوري مشروعيت و تئوري هزينه هاي سياسي. افشاي اطلاعات مي تواند براي كاهش هزينه ها، كاهش عدم تقارن هاي اطلاعاتي ميان شركت و ارائه دهندگان منابع مالي و براي كاهش هزينه هاي سياسي استفاده شوند. جاسوسي صنعتي به معني جاسوسي براي كشف رازهاي يك شركت رقيب صنعتي، سازنده و از اين قبيل مي باشد. در جاسوسي صنعتي براي به دست آوردن اطلاعات و دانش صنعتي و اقتصادي دست به اقدام مي زنند يا اينكه عملا از اقدام شركت ها و مراكز صنعتي فعال در اين حوزه حمايت مي كنند. اطلاعات اقتصادي؛ عامل رقابت و كاهش هزينه هاي تحقيق و توسعه مي باشد. عمليات جاسوسي اقتصادي منجر به توليد اطلاعات اقتصادي مي شود. اگر شركت ها اطلاعات كمتري افشاء كنند، طبق تئوري علامت دهي، به عنوان خبر بد در نظر گرفته مي شود و بر قيمت سهام اثر منفي مي گذارد و اگر طبق تئوري مشروئيت، داوطلبانه اطلاعات بيشتري ارائه كند، طبق پديده جاسوسي صنعتي، شركت هاي مختلف و شركت هاي رقيب، از اين افشاي اطلاعات در جهت مقاصد خود استفاده كنند. در اين مقاله ابتدا تئوري هاي كه بر افشاي اطلاعات حسابداري اثر مي گذارد توضيح داده، سپس جاسوسي صنعتي تعريف و اثرات آن بر اقتصاد شرح داده و در نهايت يك مدل مفهومي ارائه مي گردد.

Industrial spy means spying for the discovery of the secrets of a rival industrial company, manufacturer, and so on. In industrial spyware, they are acquiring industrial and economic knowledge or practically supporting the actions of companies and industrial centers active in this area. Economic spy operations lead to the production of economic information. if companies disclose less information, signaling theory is regarded as bad news and negatively affects stock prices. If volunteering provides more information according to the theory of espionage, according to industrial spy phenomena, different companies and companies The rival, use this disclosure of information for their own purposes. In this paper, first, theories that affect the disclosure of accounting information, then describe the spy industry and its effects on the economy, and finally a conceptual model is presented.
