مكانيابي مسكن مهر شهر ياسوج با استفاده از مدل AHP

ﺑﺎ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ در ﭼﻨﺪﯾﻦ ﺳﺎل اﺧﯿﺮ ﻫﻤﻮاره از ﻣﺴﮑﻦ ﻣﻬﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎي ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ از اﻗﺸﺎر ﮐﻢ درآﻣﺪ در ﺣﻮزه ﻣﺴﮑﻦ ﻣﻄﺮح ﺷﺪ اﻣﺎ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ ﻃﺮح ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ آﻣﯿﺰي در اﯾﻦ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ وﺟﻮد دارد. در اﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ ﻋﺪم ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﺸﮑﻼت و ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ زﯾﺎدي را در ﭘﯽ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي اراﺿﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﯾﺎﺳﻮج ﺟﻬﺖ ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﻃﺮح ﻣﺴﮑﻦ ﻣﻬﺮ اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ اي-ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﻈﺮ اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ و ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه ﻧﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي اراﺿﯽ ،ﮔﺴﻞ، ﺷﯿﺐ، ارﺗﻔﺎع، اراﺿﯽ ﺳﯿﻞ ﺧﯿﺰ، ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺖ ﺷﺪه، ﺧﺎك، ﻓﺮﺳﺎﯾﺶ و ﺟﻬﺖ ﺷﯿﺐ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﺮدﯾﺪﻧﺪ. دادﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺪل ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺳﻠﺴﻠﻪ ﻣﺮاﺗﺒﯽ )AHP( ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ زوﺟﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ در ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺟﻐﺮاﻓﯿﺎﯾﯽ اﻗﺪام ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﺴﮑﻦ ﻣﻬﺮ ﺷﻬﺮ ﯾﺎﺳﻮج ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ اراﺿﯽ ﺑﻼﻓﺼﻞ ﻣﺤﺪوده ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺷﻬﺮي ﮐﻪ در ﻗﺴﻤﺖ ﻏﺮب و ﺟﻨﻮب ﻏﺮب ﺷﻬﺮ ﻗﺮار دارﻧﺪ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﮑﺎن ﻫﺎ ﺟﻬﺖ اﺳﺘﻘﺮار ﻣﺴﮑﻦ ﻣﻬﺮ ﺷﻬﺮ ﯾﺎﺳﻮج ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ.

Despite the fact that in recent years, Mehr housing has been one of the social protection strategies of low-income groups in the housing sector, but there are fewer successful plans in this regard. In this regard, lack of optimal location can cause many problems. The purpose of this research is to analyze the lands of Yasuj city for optimal location of Mehr housing design. This research is descriptive in terms of purpose, developmental application, and descriptive data collection method. According to the opinion of the professors and experts in this field, nine indicators of lands, fault, slope, height, flood lands, protected areas, soil, erosion and direction of slope were selected. The data were analyzed using Analyticch Hierarchy Process Analysis (AHP) model and Finally, in the Geographic Information System, a map was created to map the housing location of the city of Yasouj. The results show that the immediate area of the city b uilt in the west and southwest of the city are the best places to settle the Mehr housing city of Yasouj.
